CHICKEN WANG

CHICK-CHICK CHICKEN WANG

———————————————————

You and Sans walked along the snow for a short time while you observed all the little different things that people put in the snow. Mid-way in the walk, you realized that Sans wasn't following you this whole time.

I wonder where he went. . .

You enjoyed the time to think to yourself anyways.

So I'm stuck down here,

You look around at the diverse environment.

With a million different weather systems in one- and a bunch of different monsters that, apparently, DON'T like normal humans. I think I've heard the story before in one of the history books over at school. Hmm. . .

You find a fishing rod that seems to be frozen into the ground.

* Reel it in?

♡ Yes  |   No

A photo of a weird looking monster is attached on the end of the line with a note that says, "Call me! Here's my number!" You decide not to call.

It was something about we, the humans, sealing these people underground. I remember classmates murmuring about climbing this mountain; people fall down here, never come out.

Guess I'll have to be the first.

Walking forward, you reach an elongated area where Papyrus and Sans stood at the end. The moment you walked forward, both of them started looking back at each other like they were crazy. Sans looked like he was doing it for the fun of his brother. It was quite funny anyways.

"SANS!! OH MY GOD!! IS THAT. . . A HUMAN!?!?!??!?!" Papyrus seemed like his mind was blown as he stared at you in disbelief.

Sans looked past you. "I think that's a rock."

oh. my. god.

"OH." Papyrus says, totally oblivious.

what. . . ?

Sans has to hold back a laugh at the look of your face. "What's that in front of the rock?" He says, looking back at Papyrus.

"OH MY GOD!!!" Papyrus says with ample enthusiasm.

You see him bend down to Sans and whisper in his ear. (IS. . . IS THAT A HUMAN?) (Yes)

"OH MY GOD!!!" Papyrus returns from whispering to Sans. "SANS! I FINALLY DID IT!!"

You swore you could see literal stars in his eyes as he looks up at the sky for dramatic effect.

He must be really happy-

"I'M GONNA BE SO. . . POPULAR!!!" Papyrus seems so happy that he could cry. You could see Sans looking over at him with a smile. You knew Sans had the most pure love for his brother.

They have a good relationship.

". . . 'AHEM'" Papyrus turns back to you and you direct your attention to him. "HUMAN! YOU SHALL NOT PASS THIS AREA! I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, WILL STOP YOU!!! I WILL THEN CAPTURE YOU! YOU WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE CAPITAL! THEN. . . THEN!!!"

You can see Papyrus thinking very hard, putting his hand up to his mouth to try and remember.

"I'M NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT. IN ANY CASE! CONTINUE. . ." He tries to look intensely at you. "ONLY IF YOU DARE!!! NYEH HEH HEH HEH HEH HEH HEH HEH!!!"

Papyrus runs off to the next section of this area you still aren't very familiar with. You watch as Sans approaches you.

"Well, that went well. Don't sweat it kid-"

I'm not-

"I'll keep an eyesocket out for ya." Sans runs off to go and find Papyrus.

Oh you sneaky wptuejhfou2peualshfifu

You puff out your cheeks, continuing along the path to find where they went.

Walking forward, there is a cardboard box. You find some narration on it, saying "You observe the well-crafted sentry station. Who could have built this, you ponder. . . I bet it was that very famous royal guardsman! (Note: Not yet a very famous Royal Guardsman.)"

Heh, Papyrus

You approach another sign that says "Absolutely NO MOVING!!!"

.

Yeah, I'm gonna move.

There is another sentry Station that has a dog sign on the top and a bell on the counter-space. A dog rises when you start moving.

He must be the reason why you shouldn't move.

"Did something move?" The dog says, looking around.

Is he blind? Wait no, that wouldn't make sense. . .

"Was it my imagination? I can only see moving things. If something WAS moving. . . For example, a human. . . I'll make sure it NEVER moves again!"

How do you only see things that are moving?

* Doggo blocks the way!

You were challenged into a fight with the man, smoking a dog treat. He wields two daggers and has polka-dot pants.

Well he is a very. . . unique monster

You decide to ACT, and pet him.

* Doggo is too suspicious of your movements.

You don't move at the blue attack. You remember someone telling you something about these types of attacks, but you can't remember who at the moment.

* Doggo can't seem to find anything.

You decide to ACT again, and pet him.

* You pet Doggo.

He starts woofing, and yells "Pat! Pat!"

His name appears yellow, and you press the button to spare him.

* YOU WON!

* You earned 0 EXP and 30 gold.

The fighting screen closes.

"S-S-S-Something pet me. . . Something that isn't m-m-moving. . . I'm gonna need some dog treats for this!!!" Doggo runs back into his sentry station. His black hair was quite smooth, though you didn't think you were going to pet someone today on behalf of your life.

You find two smoked dog treats on the ground next to the sentry after walking away from the odd monster.

What. . . the fuck?

You find Sans again, just standing somewhere random. Alright then. But seriously, where does he come from?

"Hey, here's an important thing to remember. My brother has a very special attack. If you see a blue attack, don't move and it won't hurt you. Here's an easy way to keep it in mind. Imagine a stop sign. When you see a stop sign, you stop, right? Stop signs are red, so imagine a blue stop sign instead. Simple, right? When fighting, think about blue stop signs." He seems bad at explaining, but humorous in a way.

That was a horrible way to remember it, but thank you anyways.

"I know." Now you felt like a smart-ass.

Can I not say anything right?

You find a big pavement of ice ahead with a sign in the middle. Upon closer inspection(And sliding), the sign says, "North: Ice, South: Ice, West: Ice, East: Snowdin Town(. . . and ice)."

A town? That sounds nice. Maybe I'll find someone that knows how I can get out of here.

You decide to go North first. You find a snowman. "Hello. I am a snowman. I want to see the world. . . But I cannot move. If you would be so kind, traveller, please. . . Take a piece of me and bring it very far away."

H-how can I say no to such a genuine snowman?

You take a piece.

"Thank you. . . good luck!" The snowman seems overjoyed.

You walk back and decide to start walking east, where you find Sans and Papyrus on the other side of a slightly darker slot of snow.

I was promised a town. Who wrote that sign?
