The tiny little nose flared a little in response to the awesome smell penetrating its holes. The rest of the body turned and rolled on the bed before the eyes fluttered open.
What the hell is that smell? Avery wondered subconsciously, taking in a deeper breath, allowing the delicious smell to saturate her nostrils as her stomach rumbled in response. She was hungry and the smell of something delicious was not making it better.
She sat up on the bed and looked around her room.
It was a big room with a queen-size bed, the walls decorated in light cream color, and her window giving San an awesome view of a nice trimmed garden. The air was filled with freshness and the chirping birds pulled Avery to the window.
Leaving in the city has made it pretty hard to enjoy certain things of nature but this place was brewing with it and it is so damn beautiful. She was grateful to the older woman for bringing her here. Speaking of which, she needed to see her.
