Chapter

News of Axel Cartilier taking fancy to a boy. Spread like wild-fire the next day. They even had a picture taken secretly. While the two were dancing in a very intimate manner.
Good thing that Urie's face was not completely focused. For it was taken from afar. Since it was a private party and everyone was asked to leave their phones. And anything that can invade the privacy of the guests. Which are mostly celebrities and politicians.
"I can't believe I'd burn myself with the same fire I made to clear you out of suspiscion. Now, everyone is convinced that you are actually gay." Lucas shook his head in mere frustration..
"Let them call it whatever they like. But if Urie get's hurt from any of this. I'll sure set every news paper gossip in town on fire."
"I'm sure, you would." He's indeed the prince of hell. He need only to lift a finger. And there will be ashes everywhere.
"But aren't you more worried if your father takes notice of what's happening? It won't be long before he finds out the truth about your beloved angel."
He sat silent for a while.
"Then, I better play it differently from now on."
Lucas looked at him with puzzled eyes.
"What exactly are you thinking of doing?"
A smirk lined his lips. As he ignored Lucas's question. And continued to drink his wine.
At the set, where Urie, Rain and Adam plays in the same series. Everyone seems busy gossiping who the mysterious boy Axel had a dance with last night.
Urie can't help but feel anxious. Afraid that one of them would recognize him. But for some reason. The picture was to blurred to be recognized.
"Didn't you go to that party with Rain and Adam that night?" his make-up artist started gossiping. " Have you seen that mysterious boy's face?"
It's like he choked on his own tounge. Trying to think of a better answer. He didn't want to lie to anyone.
"We're all busy talking about work that night." Rain backed him up. He felt a sudden relief. Though a bit guilty. " And those are probably miles away from us. With all those people hovering around. What chance do we have in seeing anything?" He felt Rains light squeeze on one of his shoulder.
They've been friends since they started acting in a drama. Both as supporting roles. Urie was always shy and timid. While rain had always been easy-going and eccentric.
Right there and then, They've became known as the iconic twins in the acting industry. Having both the good-looks and superb acting skills.
"Doesn't it seem like a cinderella story?" one of the crew asked.
"Cinderella?" Urie asked. He is familiar with the story. And thinking back, there is definetly no shoe involved. And Axel never even announced that he is looking for him. He didn't even bother making a formal statement. Declaring that he is the one who flirted first. And not the other way around.
"Does this prove the gossips we're actually true?" another crew joined the conversation.
"That he's gay?" another replied. "If t hat's not enough proof, then I don't know what is."
"Haven't we heard enough gossip in this line of work? This shouldn't actually be an issue anymore." Rain said after his shoulder tensed up a bit on Rains hand.
"But if that was true. I'd like it better if our Urie was the lucky boy. They seem to look good together. Isn't that right, baby?" said his make-up artist.
Urie swallowed a big pile of saliva. Trying to clear his throat while giving them a tensed smile. If they only knew.

"What are you looking at?" Vince asked Adam who was busy staring at Urie's direction. The two were both the main leads of that drama. Same as Rain and Urie. Also bestfriends in real life. "Or should I be asking who actually are you staring at?"
Adam just shrugged. And turned to face the mirror infront of him.
"If you have something to say or confess to someone. I think you should do it now . Or you might loose your chance."
"I think I already did." Adam said leaving Vince a very sad expression written all over his face.
Vince shared the silence like a comforting gesture. As Adam sat there looking at his own reflection in the mirror.
Remembering that night when Axel walked right up to Urie. And the way he held the latter. It was all too much for him to see.
Yes, he had always loved Urie. And he's not afraid to admit it. But Urie had always been aloof. And he did not want to scare him away by admitting his feelings. But thinking about it. He asked himself, was it the right descision. If losing him was the same option?
