Luna went back to her house and walked straight to her room, not even noticing Kelly on the couch in the living room when she walked by. Luna threw her bag in the corner of her room, kneeled on the floor, and screamed her lungs out. Of course, Kelly heard Luna's scream and ran to her room. When she opened Luna's door, she saw Luna on her knees, her head's lowered and her hands were gripping onto her hair like she was losing her mind. Kelly ran towards Luna and hugged her tightly, she may not know what was going on in Luna's mind, but she knows that she needed someone to hold her.
Wednesday
Luna didn't sleep at all last night. After being comforted by Kelly, she was just on her bed, thinking about her parents while staring at the ceiling. When the sun was starting to rise, she took a shower, changed her clothes into something bright since she's going to her daytime job, ironed her hair, and put on light make-up. she didn't forget to place a blade under her heels and a gun in the belt wrapped around her thigh, no one can notice it since she was wearing a long dress that's made from a thick cloth. She grabbed her handbag and phone before coming downstairs for breakfast. To her surprise, there was already food on the dining table and Kelly was already seated. Luna sat and started to eat her breakfast quietly. "Mind telling me why you screamed last night?" Kelly asked in a concerned voice. Luna swallowed hard but showed no emotion. "It's about my parents. They've been following me during my daytime job, and my idiot of a father arranged a marriage with this dude I knew when we were kids" Luna said in a stern voice. "I need details sis, and what happened to your little date last night?" Kelly asked. "well, even before I ran away from my parents, father had already planned a marriage between me and this guy. Unfortunately, this guy was my date last night, and he knows my identity. He said that my mother showed him a recent photo of me going inside a coffee shop, and he realized that he was working with me, so he tried to talk me into living with him and everything. Of course, I didn't agree, I stood up from my seat and placed a small tracking device on his shoulder without being obvious and went back to my apartment to change my outfit, you know, the black mask and everything" Luna explained. "I went to his whereabout and attacked him without letting him know who I was. I left him bleeding in his house, and I swear to God if I see him today at work" Luna explained further, Kelly just nodded and continued eating their breakfast. These kinds of things are normal for her, most of all when it comes to Luna. When Luna doesn't like the person or the person did her wrong, she'll hunt them down and make them suffer, it's her way to get her anger out. Luna finished her breakfast and went to work.
Luna went to her office and as soon as she put her bag on her desk, someone knocked on her door. "come in" Luna said with sweetness in her voice, thinking that it was one of her coworkers. It was one of her coworkers, but it's someone she didn't expect to see. "Did you enjoy our date last night Ms. Washington?" Michael said as he went into Luna's office after closing the door. Luna looked at him, he still has a bruise on his face, and it seemed like he was physically weak. Luna acted like she's not the one who did him wrong. "what the hell happened to you? You look like shit" Luna said. "some asshole went in my house last night and tortured me like I did him or her wrong" Michael explained before sitting on Luna's small couch in front of her desk. "That's a bummer," Luna said sarcastically and brought out her sketches yesterday to leave it at the front desk. Before Luna can open her door, Michael spoke. "You know, everything could be much easier if you just agreed to my offer last night Luna. You'll live a peaceful life; you don't need to hide your true identity to anyone" Michael offered. "first, don't call me by that name here, if someone hears you, I will make sure to make you pay. Second, I will never agree on your offer nor on my stupid parents' plans" Luna said in a stern voice before going out of her office to bring her papers to the front desk.
After giving her papers, she grabbed her bag and went home to get ready for her training. Kelly wasn't home, Luna assumed that she already went to the headquarters. Luna changed into a grey tank top, black jogger pants, and her black rubber shoes. She tied her hair into a ponytail and grabbed her duffle bag with extra clothes and her water jug in it. She used her favorite bike to go to the headquarters. After a few minutes, she finally arrived and once again gave her keys to one of the agents. She went into the training room with a straight face, not wanting to start a conversation with anyone since she was still not in the mood. Adrien felt the cold aura that's coming from Luna and went to Kelly. "hey, what's wrong with her?" Adrien asked Kelly who was busy shooting the targets. "It's better if you ask her rather than asking me" Kelly answered without looking at Adrien. Kelly felt a little mad, she never liked seeing Luna so broken, she knows how her parents treated her, she knows that Luna was used and was underestimated, so knowing that her parents were stalking her secretly made her mad. Adrien on the other hand, he has no clue, but he can see how vulnerable Luna is, she's just hiding it with a straight face.
Luna went into the locker room and placed her bag in her locker. She grabbed two hand-wraps and wrapped her hands with it. She walked towards the area full of punching bags and started to work on her punches, again. Because of her anger, she was punching too aggressively, making her knuckles bruise and bleed under the hand-wrap. Kelly and Adrien were just watching her quietly, they don't know what to do, they were scared. They know how scary Luna can be when she's furious, which is why they don't even bother trying to talk to her, but they know who can talk to her even when she's mad.
Adrien went to the top floor to go to Ace's office. He arrived in front of his office and knocked on his door. "It's open," Ace said. Adrien opened the door and went into his office, closing the door behind him. "Adrien? Is there a problem? You don't usually come to my office" Ace said, looking at Adrien with concern. "Uhm. Luna is..." Adrien started but couldn't continue, he couldn't function well because of how Luna was acting. "Oh, okay. I'll be in the training room in a bit" Ace said, already knowing what's happening. Adrien nodded and went out of his office.
Ace grabbed his keys and his wallet from his bag and went to the training room. He saw Luna punching a punching bag aggressively, oblivious of her surrounding, but Ace wasn't surprised at all, he already knows how to calm Luna down. Ace went to Luna calmly. "Luna" Ace said in a soothing voice. Luna didn't respond and kept her focus on her punches. "Luna, you need to take a break" Ace said, trying to get her attention. "I'm fine Ace," Luna said in a stern voice. "Is that how you talk to your old man?" Ace asked to tease her a little. Luna stopped what she was doing and finally looked at Ace. Ace immediately saw the vulnerability in her eyes and looked at her with concern. "I'll treat you out, get ready, meet me in front of the building after you change your clothes, and remove your hand-wraps" Ace simply said and walked away. "How?" Adrien asked once Ace came close to them. "Did you really expect that I wouldn't know how to handle her?" Ace said with a sly smirk.
"Of course, I know how to handle her, she's like a daughter to me," Ace thought to himself.
