Ruanruan was in distress and, once again, slowly walked out of the airport, one hand holding each dad's hand, too focused on the arguing pair of grown men to notice the many eyes casting glances their way.
Mu Shen drove everyone back to the Su family home, where Su Mom immediately hugged her dear granddaughter in a full circle, planting a kiss on Ruanruan's face with delight.
"Ruanruan will come to my house tomorrow, won't she?" Su Mom asked joyfully.
Ruanruan nodded, "Dads said Ruanruan takes turns visiting their houses each week. Next week, it'll be Grandma's turn."
"That's wonderful, I've already prepared your little room. Do you have time now? Let Grandma take you shopping. I want to buy you so many pretty dresses."
Su Mom stroked Ruanruan's hair; it had grown quite a bit in the few days she hadn't seen her.
"If your hair grows a little more, Grandma can braid it for you."
"Ruanruan already has lots of dresses, no need to buy more."
