He ran a one thousand meter lap before going to take his seat as he went he looked at Sam his expression showed that he looked down on sam. Sam smiled seems he wants to challenge and disgrace him let's see if the school authorities will accept it when he challenges me. By the time the first part of the exams are over Sam had fifty five names that are possible candidates for recruitment and of which thirty had the possibility of double promotion. Sam was satisfied with what he had got so far and went to freshen up. There was a break given for rest after the first round to enable students prepare mentally and also replenish their spiritual energy. As soon as Sam walked in the hall way he noticed Dele, Sam spoke here we go again with Sams being bullied for a long time, he could smell it a long way before it comes.
Dele blocked Sam way and looked at him in the eye what are you doing in the exams ground, are you afraid of been beaten up by your mates or you feel with your little strength you could stand toe to toe with a lower class. Sam kept quiet and continued looking at him, after a while Sam asked what do you really want junior. This got Dele enraged he looked at Sam in anger, what if I say I want yo beat you to pulp? What are you going to do about it? Sam couldn't hold his laugh any longer and ended up laughing loud with tears coming out of his eyes. Sams action attracted a lot of attention from the near by year two students and the few year three students around. Junior if you want to fight me, challenge me properly on a stage and stop fooling yourself. Dele immediately took Sam up on the challenge as he has been looking for an opportunity to disgrace Sam ever since he saw him at the examination ground. Sam I will challenge you during the exams I like to see you disgraced and not able yo show your face in school again. Sam sighed, it's not so easy junior. First you have to hope that the school authorities accepts that to be your exam, second you have to give something to me as a reward if I should defeat you. Your aim is to defeat and disgrace me but what do I gain when I do defeat you.
Dele was surprised he was wondering what gave Sam so much confidence of defeating him. He was almost at the verge of backing out when Sam added it's not fair I suffer disgrace when I loose and you suffer nothing when you loose unless you do not really believe in yourself and are a chicken. This made Dele determined to beat Sam all the more, he asked Sam so what do you really want from me should I loose. Sam answered that you become my subordinate and do whatever I ask you following me where ever I go. Everyone at the hall where shocked at what Sam said, that's odd so he will practically live his life for you. Sam nodded but I in turn will provide all he needs for cultivation and help him reach the top so he looses nothing much. Dele had a bad feeling about this but his pride will not let him back down. He accepted the fight and was about to walk away when Sam called him back we will have to make a blood oath in respect to our agreement to make sure of its enforcement. Within seconds the blood oath was performed and they both went their separate ways.
