ken found himself floating inside his mind space and realised that he could see the situation of outside world clearly . ken was of course extremely surprised by suddenly being sucked inside his mind space but he was feeling excitement rather than fear now because he could see a huge golden book floating in front him and he was just an ant compared to its gigantic size . he was totally sure that the book must be the culprit who summoned him here so after combining with the fact that it had something to do with his transmigration , he was looking forward to the surprises it will bring him .
the letters on its cover started glowing and stopped after every letter was dark golden in colour . somehow ken could read the language now and recited the words with a whisper . " THE LEGACY OF DIVINE ALCHEMY SECT " . instantly after ken finished reciting the words , the book starting glowing and turned into a small ball of light which was only slight bigger than a table tennis ball and dark golden in colour.
the light shot at an incredible speed and hit between Ken's eyebrows . it dissapeared as it was absorbed by ken without causing him any discomfort . ken didnt even have time to be surprised by the disappearance of the golden book when new information started filling his brain at insane speed .
ken felt so much pain as his brain couldn't absorb so much information and started screaming while holding his head . flashes of various images of herbs , beasts , pill recipies and many other things passed and ken again fainted from the unbearable pain . ken didnt know but his consciousness was getting bigger and bigger in time . in just a few hours his figure had grown at least 10 times of his previous height but it regained the original height instantly after that . ken opened his eyes and his jaw dropped because his brain contained so much information about herbs , pills , beasts etc that he was sure that even if he had more than 10 brains similar size to his , they could not contain this much information .
he calmed down because he saw the information about mental energy inside the new information and understood the reason behind his increased brain capacity . now Ken's soul had been tempered and is many times stronger than before after the light assimilated within his soul . his mental capacity increased tremendously with his base mental energy which was the foremost requirement to become an alchemist .
ken's mind contained the first information about the divine alchemy sect . the divine realm was higher realm than this universe where the divine alchemy sect existed . it was one of the most powerful sects in the whole divine realm and was consisted of alchemists as most of their disciples. they were respected by many powerful sects because they relied on their pills to cultivate their own disciples but the divine alchemy sect was destroyed due to their reputation .
more than 6 million years ago the divine realm had to face demon and goblin species who had declared war together . even though the divine realm prevent complete destruction and won the war after exiling the demon race and sealing them inside their demon realm and causing the goblin race to almost extinction , many powerful sects that stood on the forefront during the thousands of years duration of war were destroyed and their inheritance was lost . the divine alchemy sect was the first sect that faced the invasion of combined demon and goblin race because they were the main supply of pills and medical techniques to other sects . the sect was destroyed after a hundred years completely after the sect head who escaped with the sect inheritance with the help of remaining elders and disciples , was slain by the head of demon race after a tough fight with the help of 3 of his best generals .
the sect head of divine alchemy sect complied the sect inheritance of more than a million years in the form of the golden book and threw it into the vast cosmos after sealing it inside the space time artifact to pass on the inheritance to someone who was deemed worthy by the book .
the artifact was damaged to the point of no repair and the ruins which ken encountered the golden book were its remains . earth was chosen because it was the closest planet which had no spiritual energy supply after the artifact appeared in the lower realm . this was the command inscribed by the sect head because he didnt want the sect's inheritance to fall in the hands of greedy cultivators or powerful beings .
fate had decided to let ken meet the golden book after it reached earth by passing through space and time and traveling millions of years in the future . the pain that ken felt after first time touching the golden book was the spell formation which scanned Ken's soul forcefully. fortunately ken succeeded in passing the test , if not then his soul would have been obliterated completely . ken didnt possess spirit roots so his soul was transferred in this new world which was randomly chosen after being sucked into a dimensional crack . the first body which ken encountered was of the child who possessed spirit roots and had died recently so it was chosen because Ken's soul was weak after travelling through dimensional crack and forcefully arriving in a new world . well the book only had some spell formations inscribed on it and didnt possess any consciousness after all so it couldn't bother with thinking about Ken's safety except the spells that prevented his soul from disintegrating completely .
' holy shit ! I curse you sect head .. at least make sure to inscribe spells that eased the pain .. forget it he is dead for millions of years now anyway .. well I don't give a damn about divine alchemy sect but I will use this knowledge properly and make sure that it doesn't fall in evil hands at least .. hehehe.. according to the knowledge about the spirit roots , mine are barely suitable to cultivate but so what ? I can just refine pills or search for natural treasures to increase my talent. knowledge is power after all .. till then I will adventure the cultivation world and cultivate diligently at my pace .
