Chronos comes back and begs for the three to kill him before being killed again. Lucifer asks Hades how many times Chronos has died. Hades responds, "Hundreds of thousands of times at this point."

- Lucifer can't believe the number of times Chronos has been killed. Lucifer tells Hades and Death to wait after they sever Chronos' arms. Lucifer asks Chronos if he can control the revival magic. Chronos reveals that he can't. Chronos stops the rain with his magic and earnestly tells Death ["If you can't kill me, please find someone who can."]

- Death seems to be insulted by what Chronos said and says ["IF you live this, then there isn't a god in this world that can help you,"]. Death grips his scythe, causing the black pulsating vein to spread further up the scythe. Lucifer questions what Death is doing.

- Death says ["Return to the beginning, the end, and the absolute truth."] before slamming his scythe into Chronos' chest. Chronos felt something from Death's scythe that told him to avoid it at all costs but decided not to move. The moment Death's scythe connected, Chronos' time magic turned off, obscuring the two from Lucifer and Hades' vision. Chronos sincerely thanks Death.

- Chronos' body turns black and withers away, disappearing entirely. Death says ["Be freed from the burden of existence."]. Death immediately loses consciousness after this but his scythe doesn't disappear. It's revealed that conjured weapons usually disappear once the conjurer loses consciousness. Lucifer lies to Hades about why Death's scythe isn't disappearing

- Lucifer grabs Death's scythe and feels severe pain as he holds it. Lucifer hears another voice in his head. Lucifer reveals that he didn't kill Poseidon

__________________________________________________________________________________________

Lucifer insults Hades' family for not helping Poseidon and Hades almost starts a fight with Lucifer. Hades questions Lucifer judging his family. Lucifer states their two families' situations are very different and that they should just drop it

- Hades goes to touch Death's scythe and shouts. Hades questions how Lucifer was holding the scythe for so long. The pain Hades felt was different than anything he's ever experienced. Hades' hand felt as if it was screaming at him to let the scythe go. Lucifer asks Hades not to tell the others about the scythe

- Hades is surprised that Lucifer wants to hide the information. Lucifer says it's strange that it isn't common knowledge that Death's scythe causes agony to those who try to wield it and that Death must have a good reason for concealing such an ability. Hades agrees not to tell anyone and says he might owe Death more than Lucifer does. Lucifer says that isn't possible and then hears the same voice from before asking him what he owes Death

- Poseidon reveals that some beings refer to Peter as "Devil's Blade". Poseidon reveals that beings known as "Shadows" are the ones calling Peter that. Poseidon is impressed by the number of feats Peter has. Poseidon warns Sabu that killing Apollo will probably garner him some ire from the rest of the family. Peter asks "Who the fuck cares what yer family thinks? Especially after today?"

- Peter tells Poseidon that the only reason they aren't holding him in the same room as Death is that if Death wakes up and sees Poseidon, he'll kill him on the spot. Poseidon snickers, and says "Implying Zeus won't do the same when he sees me."

- Yvere is examining Death's body. Yvere restates the fact that Death's blood doesn't taste like much but that his mana tastes terrible. Heinrich is taking a large number of notes on all the differences he's noticed about what's known about Greek mythology and what the group has experienced.

- Hades compliments Peter's actions, thinking they were a bluff. Hades realizes that Peter wasn't bluffing. Persephone enters the palace and shouts for Poseidon.

- Dimitri asks Heinrich about the notes. Heinrich says that he's worried about the proliferation of human knowledge of mythology in the human world. Heinrich reveals that the discrepancies between what humans think the gods are, and what the gods actually are, were a major factor in the cause of Ragnarok. Death wakes up and tells Heinrich to be quieter.

- Death shouts at Lucifer "YOU THINK YOU HAVE THE LUXURY OF MERCY?!". Lucifer shows no fear toward Death. Poseidon starts to question the fact that he had made enemies of Death and Lucifer. Lucifer convinces Death that Satan can keep Poseidon under control. Lucifer reassures that he would have killed Poseidon if anyone he cared about had been killed. Peter and Lucifer are the only ones in the room (Persephone, Poseidon, Hades, Yvere, Lucifer, Peter) that don't let out a sigh of relief when Death leaves

- Hades asks Peter why he didn't intervene. Peter casually says he's seen it before. Poseidon asks if he can speak with Lucifer privately for a moment, to which Lucifer agrees. Poseidon questions Lucifer on the idea of human integration, stating that he doesn't believe Lucifer is serious about wanting such a thing. Lucifer responds calmly to Poseidon's questions by saying that he doesn't have the means to solve things violently

- Poseidon questions Lucifer about the tenacity Lucifer showed in their fight. Lucifer says "There isn't a god in this world I would kneel down to and let kill me or those I care about. You were a threat, simple as that."

- Poseidon doesn't believe Lucifer and thinks to himself "You're lying. If you truly cared about "human integration" you would be working with that new god, Kahvis. I don't know what it is you truly want...but I know I should keep my mouth shut."

- Lucifer hears the mysterious voice in his head questioning his showing of mercy to Poseidon

- Zeus thanks Death for truly killing Chronos. Death responds coldly to the compliment and asks Zeus why it hadn't been handled sooner. Lucifer states that Chronos' supposed defeat had helped make the ruling gods of Olympus look more powerful. Lucifer convinces Zeus that trading Poseidon for an alliance with Hell is the best choice and that Poseidon's betrayal was more a mistake than anything else. Death thinks Lucifer is being dishonest

- The illusory Lucifer reveals that they have alternative names that the real Lucifer does not. Lucifer decides to name this illusion "Devil". Devil shows open disgust for Lucifer's association with the team. Lucifer is immediately wary of Devil. Devil asks Lucifer about "Their" father and Lucifer reveals that Death killed him. Devil tries to act violently toward Lucifer but is unable to touch anything

- Devil is being difficult about answering questions. Devil reveals that when he looks into someone's eyes he can see a number of things about them and that he can hear their "Voices."

- Devil questions how Death could have killed Lucifer's father and calls Death a "Guide". Lucifer tries to get more answers out of Devil but it doesn't work. Lucifer is able to make Devil disappear at will. Lucifer is wary about giving Devil information

Death reveals that his "Blink" sends him to Limbo where the time flows differently, and using the time dilation is what appears as teleportation. Death reveals that Limbo is a parallel world to the Otherworld but that Limbo is a vast nothingness. Death reveals that his magic has a failsafe that prevents him from reappearing in physical objects

Devil asks Lucifer why it's a big deal that Death can travel to Limbo and that where he's from the ability to "travel realms" is common
