The aroma of roasted pork filled the cramped space of a small diner somewhere within the city district of Wide Island. With its mouthwatering smell, closing one's eyes could make their palate almost taste the inevitable delicacy to come. It was as if the scent in itself was the place's biggest selling point. Citizens flocked the small side street restaurant to grab their first meals for the day.
As the land's most popular dish was served in front of him, Shinsuke took a quick look around. "This place is bustling, Nana. This roast pork in honey must be quite something.."
"Then, why don't you taste it for yourself?..", asked Nana teasingly before she took a bite out of the said dish.
Aya also began chewing on her meal as if she was immersing her tongue into it. "I don't know.. I think I prefer more blood mixed with it."
