SKYLAR'S POV:
"Sky"i heard a familiar voice call/shout.
"Come on sky get your pretty ass downstairs" Tin shouted again.
I groan when I realised the familiar voice belongs to my best friend, Tin.
What crime did I commit in my pass life to deserve a friend like her, she is one big pain in my ass.
I turned to my side hoping to block her insanely loud voice, only to fall of my bed.
"Break fast is ready "Tin hollers from down stairs.
My mind perks up at the thought of food. Its the only thing I live for.
I drag my body out of my room, down the stairs and into the kitchen.
"Urgh sky when last did you wash up " Tin ask as soon as I enter the kitchen.
"Two days ago " I replied nonchalantly and sit on the counter.
"You know you can't hide here all your life "she said as she place some pancakes beside me.
"As a matter of fact I can "I replied before stuffing my mouth with pancakes. I groan when I heard some one knock the door.
I turned to look at tin to see her already looking at me with a mischievous glint in her eyes.
"Rock, paper, scissors "we challenge at the same time.
"I win, you lose"tin said with a grin on her face.
"No you didn't you cheated "I snarled.
"Like you always say 'its impossible to cheat in rock paper scared scissors '"she said trying to mimic me but failing terribly.
"But that's because I always win "I whined.
"Well today you failed so go get the door "she deadpanned with a victory smile on her face.
Traitor
I drag my body like a zombie clearly mad at the person who dare disturb my breakfast. I open the door to meet the person i least expect 'Grayson'.
"I said it before and i will say it again i am not renting you the room" i snarled.
"What if i pay twice the rent"he proposed.
"No"i replied sternly. What part does he not understands.
"No"he said clearly frustrated "why won't you just rent me the damn room"
"Because i don't want to" i scowled. well this is the after math of a heart break, doing things for no reason.
"Well you really need a roommate, remember you can't cook"tin yells from inside.
Ugrh i totally forgot that Tin is leaving today,what am i going to eat i can't survive on junk food. Or else.
"can you cook"i asked.
"Uh... " he said confuse.
"Uh.. " i asked.
"yes"he replied.
"Well that's it you pay half the rent and cook all the food and i will rent you the room " i say with a raise eyebrow.
"So.... "I draw.
"ok" he breath out.
"Good,we can talk about the rest tomorrow"i smile then shut the door in his face.
"Why don't you invite him in for dinner." Tin yells from the kitchen, referring to Grayson.
"He's gone already." I drop on the sofa.
My life can't really get any worst.

I sat on my comfy sofa surrounded by junk foods as I watch my favourite movie 'tom and jerry ' using my right hand to control the remote and the other for stuffing my mouth with food.
I look over to my phone and there is a message from Nathan.
'We need to talk Sky'
Nathan.
That name got makes my heart ache.
Jackson black my first love, we dated for two years and just two days ago he broke up with me, well not literally break up with me I caught him cheating and me with my ex-bestfriend 'pipe' (short for piper).
Now I hate the number '2'.
I mean I did everything I can to please him, I had to change college at the last minute so we can attend the same college. And to make it even worst I found out he has been dating her. The fact that the lead me on tore me apart.
After crying in my room for two days, with Tiana by my side, I decided not suck it up and live for the one thing that will never betray me 'food '. And I had to kick Tiana out of my apartment as she insist on staying saying I might commit suicide, an excuse to not go home, her brother is one big pain in the ass.
I was suddenly pulled out of my thought by a knock on the door. I get off my comfy sofa to get the door.
I open the door to find Grayson leaning against the door frame. He was wearing a brown leather jacket and black jeans, his hair was made In a messy style.
"Umph"he coughs, bringing my attention back to him.
"Oh come in "I said awkwardly as I make way for him.
He walks in and looks around with a frown, his eyes suddenly stopped on the large sofa I looked over to what he was looking at and my cheeks heat up I quickly grab my bra which is lying lazily on top up the sofa and dispose it In the bin.
I take a sit opposite Grayson, who was sitting comfortably like he owns the place.
"Now let's get down to business " I say breaking the silence between us.
He looked at me as if to say go on.
"Now if we are going to live together, we are gonna need rules "I paused to look at his bored expression.
"So no paper work "he asked.
"nope "I reply popping the p "so we both get five rules ".
"Well ladies first "he said casually.
"I own this apartment so you should go first "I argued my hands crossed.
"If I am paying half of the rent, that means we both own the apartment "he deadpanned.
"Urgh"I groan "I will go first"I scowled.
"Ok"he pressed.
"First don't touch any of my junkfoods"
"Why would I"he snort.
I ignore him and continue.
"Don't touch any of my belongings "
"before inviting someone over you must inform me"I state.
"Well that's all, I will think of the rest later" I said obviously a tired.
"Ok my turn "he say sharply.
"Don't enter my room without my permission, secondly don't touch any of my stuffs, thirdly the kitchen is mine, the fourth no touching /hugging and fifth"he pause as he looks around "The apartment should be always neat"
I didn't realise when I unconsciously open my mouth.
"Now is that clear" he ask sternly.
"Yes"I reply nodding my head.
"Good"he said as he walk towards the door.
"Rule number four says the apartment should be always neat, but this place looks like it as been visited by a tornado, so you better start cleaning "he points as he walks out and slam the door shut.
