this was only a basic formation so it was useless now as adam knew that the bushes and herbs were only an illusion . so adam just stepped his left foot and it easily went through the bushes which made adam smile . he then immediately went inside and dissapeared from the forest and only the bushes and herbs remained . of course he didnt actually disappear as he was just inside the cave now which was not visible to others now .
surprisingly despite the effort to conceal the cave by using an illusion formation, it was only a 10 or so meters long cave and just a meter wide . but adam was smiling as he could feel strong spiritual energy from the distance. so he didnt waste any time and checked the system map and found the reason . on the map the cave was dark but a single orange dot was shining which represent a spiritual herb . adam didnt find any traps as the map could easily see through them according to the system so he without fear started advancing in a straight line .
it was dark bit adam saw a gentle and bleak light when he had advanced 5 meters inside the cave and grinned . he finally saw the fiery red herb which looked like a lotus . the only difference was that its leaves and whole body was red in colour and adam could feel hot energy emitting from it . adam didnt waste any time and stored the herb inside his inventory with a gentle touch. he didnt recognize the herb with his limited knowledge so decided to check it at home after unlocking the potion and pill basic mastery information inside his mind .
after a few seconds Adam's figure emerged magically from the bushes and he dashed off towards his home. he ran off immediately because he could see through the map that various beasts were approaching his direction from his north and south direction. the map could only show the dots but not the description or strenght of the beast so he didnt want to face any danger if it was a powerful beast . adam could search for anything that he wants like place , herb etc with the map but the condition for it was to name it first before searching so he didnt know about the beasts that were approaching his direction .
with his fast speed , he skillfully avoided all the beasts and arrived at the entrance of the forest from where he entered inside in just minutes . adam actually enjoyed the feeling as he was reminded of the hide and seek game that he played like other children back on earth during his childhood . adam was feeling the tension so his back was drenched with sweat . he disregarded it and started running towards his home while smiling as he was feeling happy with the rewards he gained from this small trip.
he quickly arrived in the village and saw the familiar run down houses and uncle han who was drinking tea while casually reading a thick black cover book . " uncle han ! how is your wound now ? " adam asked in a casual manner after greeting the former soldier of the Atom empire . adam was told many things about the outside world from this seemingly old man who was a powerful foundation level cultivator in his youth . but unfortunately his cultivation was crippled when he bravely fought in the war with demon continent sixty years ago . now he is just a knowledgeable old man whose body is too weak that he cannot even walk slowly for a minute without getting tired.
