The next morning Crystal discovered she had a fever. She knew she needed rest but she also knew it would look bad if she didn't go and meet up with the rest of the class. Luna was sitting on Crystal's shoulder knowing her rider should be in bed.
Leon and Matt were, surprised to see Luna so active around Crystal that morning. When he asked Crystal about it she told them that Luna had gotten herself into a bit of trouble. She promised it wouldn't happen again. But after lunch Crystals fever had gotten worse. It got to the point where she was having trouble staying focused.
Without warning, Crystal fainted onto the ground. Luna caught her rider by switching into her adult form. She used her healing element to try and heal Crystal but it wasn't working. Luna looked around only to notice the whole class the teachers. The elves around them stood staring in shock. Leon and Matt came over to Luna. Leon touched Crystal's head and realised Crystal was burning up.
