"Mr. Ray?"
Maya suddenly spoken out taking Ray attention as he quickly turned his view from the corner toward Maya
"Yeah?"
"What are you staring at?" ask Maya curious
Ray just shook his head saying that it was nothing to be worried of
"It was nothing…"
Ray then tilted his head as he looks over toward the corner again but then he just ignored it and turned back toward Maya and past Arashi
Meanwhile present Arashi heartbeat couldn't stop beating as he couldn't believe that Ray could felt his presence there
Arashi then start to wonder how did Ray managed to feel the presence of him as all of this is happening inside of his head and it just memory recovery for Arashi
From that Arashi realizes that this isn't just a normal dream and that Ray are actually a superior demon of some sort. He then started to be more cautious when Ray is on sight
"By the way…where did the two of you came from?" Ask Ray politely
Maya and past Arashi then looks over each other with tense look on their face, after a few second of them just staring into each other face, past Arashi then open up his mouth
"W-we actually came from the city near here…" said past Arashi
Maya then nodded her head agreeing with what just past Arashi just said, she then talked out too
"Th-that's right… we actually didn't think that there will be someone leaving in this cave…That's why…I…"
Maya tried to explained the situation over toward Ray but for some reason she doesn't quite get the word to explain toward Ray
Maya then looked up toward Ray face to see if he is mad over her but instead of looking mad, Ray was smiling over them
Seeing how Maya is struggling to explain the situation, Ray put his hand on top of her head and gently pat it
"You don't have to look that tense at all…"
"I understand." Said Ray gently
For some reason Maya felt comfort over Ray gentle touch on her heads as she can be seen smiling softly as Ray patted her
While past Arashi felt a bit jealous seeing Ray getting closed toward Maya out of sudden, just then out of sudden Ray put his other hand on top of Arashi and gently pat him too
This action of him surprised Arashi as he bolted a bit but the way Ray is patting his head felt comforting for some reason therefore, past Arashi just let him do as he like
Seeing how the two kids are fond of him, Ray let out a chuckle due to him feeling happy for some reason, both Maya and past Arashi are surprised to see Ray to laugh that they stared at him in confusion
Ray then realized that the two of them are staring at him with a confusion on their face, he then stopped laughing while hiding his face for some reason
"S-sorry…"
"It's been a while since I last feel happy like this." Said Ray while smiling
He then turned his look again toward both of them
"Thank you both of you…"
Hearing that word came out of Ray mouth is making both past Arashi and Maya to feel happiness inside them
Out of response both of them suddenly hugs Ray which Ray finds it surprising
"What is it both of you?" ask Ray confused
"You don't have to feel alone anymore Mr.Ray!" Shout Maya out of sudden
Hearing that from Maya shocked Ray for some reason
"That's right, you have both of us now after all…" said past Arashi adding into Maya word
Ray felt touched for some reason, when the two of them said those word. After all it's been thousand of years since he last had companions in his life that the words coming out from two kids can make he felt needed once again
"Thank you…" said Ray holding back the tears that almost came out from his eyes
After this conversation the three of them spends a lot of time together, Ray showed them more things that they couldn't see inside the cave. He also showed them a few trick that demon could do toward the tow of them and instead of being scared both past Arashi and Maya enjoyed the trick.
While Ray showed them a few tricked about demon, both Arashi and Maya teach Ray about the modern technology and stuff that Ray couldn't see with his own two eyes
Ray seriously enjoyed the time that he had spent with both past Arashi and Maya, finally after a thousand years the loneliness he had been feeling had been filled
Until it all suddenly changes…
It's already been a few hours since the three of them spending their time that now they are laying down near the three while staring into the cave ceilings
Suddenly out of sudden, past Arashi ask Ray a question due to him being curious for the whole time
"Hey…"
"Mr. Ray…"
Ray just turned his face toward Arashi while raising his left eyebrows saying that he's hearing
"I've been meaning to ask this…"
"What are you actually and why do you live inside this cave alone?"
That question from past Arashi shocked Ray a bit as he suddenly turned his view back to the ceiling while rethinking a bit about Arashi question
Seeing how Ray seems a bit sad to hear that question from past Arashi, he immediately apologizes toward Ray
"I-I'm sorry…I didn't mean to offend you or something…"
"It just strikes to me as weird that you know about magic and lives in this weird cave…"
"You almost remind me of witch to be honest…" Said past Arashi explaining himself
Hearing past Arashi explanation, Ray let out a laugh due to him finding it's hilarious, seeing Ray laugh is making past Arashi a bit confused but he's also glad that Ray doesn't find his question offending
"You really are hilarious don't you know that Arashi?" Said Ray while wiping the tear from his eye due to the excessive laughing
"Well…"
"I am not a human as you've suspect…"
"But I also not here to brings any harm or some sort, okay?" said Ray as he tried to avoid misunderstanding
Past Arashi just giggle over Ray silliness
"I've actually been abandoned by my race…"
"Exiled from my homeplace down to earth…"
"And that's why I'm stuck inside this small cave…" said Ray looking a bit sad
Past Arashi then stared at Ray sad face with concern, he then asked another question toward him
"What is the reason you got exiled?"
Hearing past Arashi question, Ray looked over toward his face and stared it down
Deep down he's recollecting the memories of how he got exiled and ended up on earth
He then eventually let out a chuckle while putting on a smile on his face after he tried to remember the "reason"
"The reason is…"
"Love…"
Ray let out another chuckle while giggle
"I got exiled from my race because I fell in love with our enemies…" said Ray as he stared blindly toward the hole that letting a bit sunlight in
"That must be hard for you…" Said past Arashi as he heard the story Ray story
Ray just stared directly toward past Arashi and he slowly put his hand on top of past Arashi head
"It's fine…"
"I've got used to it…" said Ray trying to cheer past Arashi back
Hearing that from Ray does bring back the smiles on Arashi face, though he is still felt sympathy over Ray condition but there was nothing he can do to help him
"What about the person you love?"
Out of sudden, past Arashi came up with another question toward Ray to which surprises him a bit
"Is she safe?" ask past Arashi curious
Ray looks a little bit shocked to hear that as he started to look pale in the face as seems as he just got remind over his trauma
"She…"
"She was executed…" said Ray with tear on his face
Arashi got shocked to hear that from Ray that he looks down to the ground
"By her own race…"
For some reason, Ray got a bit mad out of sudden but he tried to hold it down by gripping his fist
As remembering his loved one getting executed in front of him seriously did damage on him
Past Arashi as he seeing that Ray is looking mad for some reason felt terrified for some reason that he started to tremble a bit
But he tried to brave and hugs Ray out of sudden, due to past Arashi action Ray were caught in surprises to which he slowly lowered his fist
"Wh-what's wrong Arashi?" ask Ray as he look concern
"It's fine…"
"I'm sure that there is a reason for all of that…" said past Arashi trying to calms Ray down
"And I'm sure that your loved one is now in a better placed already…"
Hearing that from past Arashi did reliefs Ray a bit as he hugs him back
