A couple of minutes past while Rei is comforting Arashi by stroking his hair,
Being comfort and pampered by Rei Arashi didn't realize that it's already almost midnight since they both left the house
Arashi quickly gets up from Rei laps and fix his hair in panic, He then suddenly imagined the fierce look on Mr. Shirakawa when they got home
On that note Arashi turn his view toward Rei, while Rei just tilted her head in confusion
"It's already this late…"
"We should go home…" Said Arashi
Rei suddenly just realized that after Arashi reminded her, she quickly looks over her watch and see that it's already past 10
"You're right…"
"Shall we then?"
Rei quickly gets up from the bench, Arashi followed and let her lead the way
The both of them then arrived at Rei front door, the both of them just stand outside not moving an inch after arriving
After standing still for a couple of minutes, Arashi got feds up over it and tried to reach for the doorknob but before he could turn it suddenly the door opened by itself
Arashi stands still back when he saw the door slowly turning open, he tried to peek a little to see the person that are opening the door for them
And as he expected the person behind the door is Mr. Shirakawa looking fierce as always
The both of them look nervous the moment they saw Mr. Shirakawa on the front door as they are afraid, they would get scold for going home late but to their surprised Mr. Shirakawa didn't say anything and just invite them inside
The both of them looks at each other in disbelief but at the same time they are relieved over the change of mood from Mr. Shirakawa
The both of them then entered the house and closed the door behind them
"Well…"
"Thank you for today…"
Out of sudden Rei stopped a bit and stated her thanks to Arashi
Arashi just smile over Rei being polite
"Its my pleasure." Arashi replied
Hearing that Rei quickly walk toward her room, leaving Arashi alone in the living room
Just then, Arashi thought on going back and stayed in a hotel or something but suddenly he was stopped by Mr. Shirakawa
"Come here for a moment…Eiji." said Mr. Shirakawa calling out to Arashi
"I've something I want to tell you…"
Arashi is a bit hesitated to do so but he can't disobey his employee order or he might lose his job
He then quickly turned over unwillingly and sat down on the couch opposite from Mr. Shirakawa
Nervous, Arashi keep on playing with his finger while Mr. Shirakawa stared at him menacingly
"So…"
"What do you want to tell me…sir?" Ask Arashi curious
Mr. Shirakawa let out a heavy sigh first before he opened his mouth as he seems hesitated to say the things to Arashi
"Have you already known the reason why I'm looking a bodyguard for my daughter?" Ask Mr. Shirakawa serious
Arashi is a little bit stunned to hear that, as he never thought about it at the first place. Hearing Mr. Shirakawa asking it now does peak curiosity inside Arashi
"Not really sir…"
"I'm just applying for the job because I need the money…" Said Arashi trying to make up a story
Mr. Shirakawa just nodded his head as he understood Arashi situation
"I think I should tell you the reason considering now you are the bodyguard of my daughter…"
"And as it seems that my daughter had put a lot of trust in you."
"I don't have any reason to doubt you…" said Mr. Shirakawa smiling
Arashi is a little bit relieved to hear that but at the same time he is a bit nervous as to hear the real reason they are looking for a bodyguard for Rei
Mr. Shirakawa sigh once more before handing out a piece of letter toward Arashi
Arashi then took the letter from Mr. Shirakawa and look over it
"This is…"
"Read it…"
"And you'll understand…" said Mr. Shirakawa
Arashi just do as what Mr. Shirakawa told him and read the letter
He then got shocked after reading the letter as he couldn't believe what he just read
Inside the letter it was written a threat toward Mr. Shirakawa saying they would kidnap his daughter Rei and harm her if they don't give them the pearl of the lost key, If they don't get the treasure before the end of 25th June they would had to kidnap Rei and her family won't ever heard from her anymore
Reading that, made Arashi blood boil for some reason, afterward he turns over toward Mr. Shirakawa and ask him a question
"Have you told the police about this?" Arashi ask curious
Mr. Shirakawa look surprised and concern toward Arashi question at first but he just shakes his head
"No… how could I?" Said Mr. Shirakawa looking down
Arashi start to look confused
"But why not?"
Mr. Shirakawa turn his face over toward Arashi again with a concern look
"Don't you know the person that sends out that threat?" Ask Mr. Shirakawa concern
Arashi looks confused over Mr. Shirakawa question that he had to recheck the letter again to see the name of the person who sends the threat
"Mr. Phantom?" Said Arashi confused
"Who is that?"
Mr. Shirakawa is quite surprise over Arashi question that he looks over Arashi with a concern face over and over again
"You don't know about Mr. Phantom?"
Arashi shakes his head in confusion
Mr. Shirakawa let out a heavy breath due to Arashi not knowing the person
"Mr. Phantom is the greatest thieves in the entire world…"
"He had sent a lot of threat saying he's going to steal their treasure or some sort and he mostly succeed in doing so…"
"Up to this day, nobody and not a single person had managed to capture him…" said Mr. Shirakawa
Arashi can just hear over his story with a full curiosity over this guy called Mr. Phantom
But one thing is bothering Arashi when he heard Mr. Shirakawa story is that
"But if they always succeed in stealing the treasure, they send out threat to why would they wanted to kidnap Rei then?"
That question asked by Arashi left Mr. Shirakawa thinking as he suddenly realizes something important
Just before he could let it out from his mouth suddenly the light inside the house turned dark out of sudden
Both Arashi and Mr. Shirakawa gets up from their seat and look over their surrounding
Just then Arashi quickly reached out his watch and turn on the light inside it to view the date
To his surprised the date shown on his watch has already turned 26th of June, realizing that, he quickly rushed over toward Rei room but to his disappointment, Rei was nowhere to be found in her room
Just after the clock turn 12:01 the light suddenly came back on, brightening Rei room, but the figure of Rei is still nowhere to be seen, Mr. Shirakawa quickly ran up the stairs toward Rei room as soon as the light come back
The moment he reached Rei room but to see that she is nowhere to be seen in her room shocks him
He then feels unconscious due to stress over his daughter missing
"Mr. Shirakawa!"
"Sir!" Shout Arashi but there was no response
Arashi then quickly took Mr. Shirakawa to the hospital and gets him the treatment immediately
Devastated, Arashi sat behind the corner of the wall thinking that he had failed to do his job due to Rei missing
Frustrated he punch the wall so hard that it cracked a bit, He then continued to curl up himself after doing that
"Um…Sir…"
Suddenly a doctor who were passing through greet him
Arashi tried to look up toward the doctor wondering why he is greeting him
"You need to pay for that…" said the doctor a little bit scared due to seeing a "normal" human to punch the wall and cracked it while being completely uninjured
Arashi just look at him with a bit unsatisfied look
After sending Mr. Shirakawa home, Arashi went back to their residence and tried to find for a clue over Rei missing
He still can't believe that the thieves could just kidnap people without him noticing
He then hurriedly went inside the house and check over everything, and to his surprised he still couldn't find even a single clue toward how the kidnapper took Rei
Afterward he took a glance toward Rei room and decided to check it once more
Arriving inside Rei room, he tried to search every possible method he could toward how the kidnapper might could kidnap Rei
And yet he still couldn't find anything…
Just then he saw the window inside Rei room and thought of checking it
The moment he got closed to it he realizes that the window could only be closed from the inside
Not being satisfied, he then tried to open the window and search for another method, just then a strong wind came inside the room pushing everything on top of Rei table to fall
Seeing that, Arashi tried to pick up all the fallen stuff and put it back on Rei table, just then he realized the pages on Rei book suddenly turn over because of the wind
Curious Arashi tried to take a peek inside as he thought that he could find a clue over it
Upon reading the text on the book, Arashi gasped over it
As he couldn't believe what he just read, he could only just grip over his fist in anger due to not realizing this thing first
He then quickly ran out from the house to tried and capture the kidnapper as he finally found out who they are…
