So for me there are types of quriks

Normal: enhancing quirks like super strength and such (not muscular levels)

Enhanced: think of Mina's quirk Acid

Double: people with 2 quirks like nomu and Totoroki (yes i know it is 1 but it is the best example

Ranked: Quirks like Endeavors hell flame they can make it relatively easy to be a good hero or bad villain Muscular fits here

Superior: quirks like Explosion and OFA

God: AFO which can steal quirks and use them aka the big bad man

Supreme: highest of the high able to affect the universe and possibly more Godspeed and Overhaul can reassemble anything he touches however he wants aka a bad touch man (this is shared with Tomura they are the bad touch men) Decay also sits here

Kinda ironic since the quirks name is called God's Speed yet it got supreme over god

so uhh bet you find this list weird don't you well AFO makes the most sense he can take everyone's quirk if he wants and use them overhaul can control anything he touches

Overhaul could eventually train his quirk to work on space and time in MY WORLD same with Tomura he could decay space and time with enough training
