On the way
(AUTHOR'S THOUGHT)
"Bye Dadda," said Emma hugging her father tightly. " Bye Emma, take care of yourself and enjoy!" said her father. "ok, Dad!" " Hurry up! Emma! or else we'll get late! " said Emma's mother, settling Emma's luggage in the car. "Yeah! coming mom".
Emma sat in the car and waved her hand to her father. " So, are you excited! for the summer camp," said Emma's mother while driving. " Yeah! mom!" said Emma. " So, first what do you want to do, either we can pick up Susan and have brunch or, we can have brunch and then pick up Susan? asked Emma's mother. " Can we pick up Susan first, Mom?"
"Yes, Of course!"
(Emma's pov)
After picking Susan, I was feeling hungry, so I asked Mom that could we take out the chips from the boot of the car that we had packed for the travel. Even she was hungry so, she stopped the car at one side of the road and opened the boot. I got out of the car, took my chips out and asked Susan that what would she have. She replied in a no. So I went and sat in the car. While eating, I asked Susan that would she play The blinking game in which we have to open our eyes at the same interval and the one who blinks their eyes the first will be the loser. We played for a while. I began to look through the window when a peacock came into my sight. It was beautiful as a blazing sunset. It was like the peacock was wishing good luck to both of us. Suddenly, the car stopped. Mom asked us to have something. Susan said a no but, I was hungry. So, ordered aloo paratha. Mum and I shared the aloo parathas.
After eating, we were back on route. I was feeling sleepy so fell asleep.
