The cold breeze of November hit Dylan's face as he walks along the streets of Olongapo. He was walking slowly with his hands inside his pockets. /It's almost Christmas/, he thought. He stopped by Mister Donut to buy his 'lolo' and 'lola' a gift. /They'll love this/, he thought once again, exiting the store and walking down the sidewalk again. It was a busy street at this time of the year. The vivid Christmas lights are outstanding at each store he passed.
Finally, he was near Jollibee and was about to hop on the white jeepney. "Dylan!" someone shouted. He turned around to see who it was. "Oh hi, Emily!" he waved. Emily Santiago, the girl of his dreams. She's the girl of anyone's dreams. Many men tried to serenade her, yet she declined each time. "Merry Christmas!" she breathed heavily, trying to catch her breath. Dylan chuckled, "Looks like you've come a long way to catch me."
They chatted for while until Dylan waved goodbye.
