Thomas looked at the pretty young lady at the brink of death with every attack from the Rock Lizard that could end her life if she got hit. Though she had been invading the monster beast attack with every bit of strength while her leg was now shaking. Her purple dress had been torn in many places with various scars and bruises all over her body.
Quite pitiful.
Noticing that Thomas had yet to take a step from his current position, she knew there was no hope for her to survive. She had tears in the corner of her eyes, she didn't want to die, however, there was nothing she could do but to accept her fate.
Looking at the incoming attack, she closed her eyes waiting for her death, memories from her younger days to the present moment were rushing to her brain, like yesterday. She had a saddened smile on her thin lips while tears were now flowing like an open dam.
After waiting for a couple of seconds, the expected death was yet to come. She opened her eyes. She gasped with her mouth open. She widened her eyes, flabbergasted.
What!
The Rock Lizard had been cut into two equal parts. The kill had been done beautifully without making any sound.
What kind of control was that?
She stood there without noticing anything, and yet the Rock Lizard had been sent to the other side. She turned her head, looking at the back of the person that orchestrated the kill. Meanwhile, her mouth had never been closed since she witnessed the sudden death of the Rock Lizard.

An unknown object entered her mouth with a fast speed while she closed her mouth subconsciously. Before she knew what was happening, it had already dissolved and entered her throat.
'Hmm! A pill !' She thought.
Discovering the object that entered her mouth, she smiled gorgeously. Though her body had numerous injuries and with a pale face, however, that enchanting smile would put any perverted men into a coma before they realized what was happening.
Looking up, the young man had already disappeared among the forest.
"I don't even have the chance to thank you for saving my life. I hope our paths cross again to show my gratitude" she started walking away with a dejected face.
2 hours later.
In an open gathering inside the forest, Thomas was fighting two rank 1 monster beasts without any stress. Though it could not be called fighting when looking at the way Thomas was fighting the beasts. It could be called taunting, taunting is a big word to be used when considered how relaxed Thomas was. The best word that could be used was playing.
If the two monster beasts could cry, they would have started crying. The two beasts had tried multiple times to run away from this devil but he never allowed them. Their attack was a child play to him, invading it like thin air. How the hell did they meet this devil?
Thomas had beaten the shit out of the two monster beasts, their body had numerous bruises and some deep injuries.
'Hmm, I'm now conversant with the Stone Fist. It now flows without any hindrance. Gentle and solid.'
"Now, let's end this," he murmured.
Thomas's fist moved briskly, blurring with the surrounding, making it difficult to discern its trajectory.
Boom! Boom!
The two monster beasts were sent flying, crashing 50 meters against an enormous tree while blood was coming out from their major orifices. The punch took the lives of the two monster beasts immediately. Though the monster beasts were happy to be put out of their misery. If they could smile, they would have had smiles on their faces.
Ignoring the death of the two monster beasts, he decided to leave the fighting scene. Taking two steps away from the fighting area, Thomas felt a powerful presence in his surroundings, turning back, he faced a pure white Venus Fox. A rank 2 monster beast.
The Venus Fox had a height of about 5 meters with two strong tails. Its crimson white fur stood straight without any blemishes, its eyes contained white and a brown pupil at the center.
"What took you so long!" He said in a low voice, narrowing his gaze towards the Venus Fox eyes.
Thomas had wanted to test his limit the moment he attained a breakthrough in both Metal Shirt and Stone Fist. Now, a monster beast that could give him a satisfying fight appeared. He was quite happy, though he may not be able to defeat a rank 2 monster beast. Nevertheless, the fight with Venus Fox will bring the best out of him.
Thomas's lips curled up a bit, taking a step forward, he took a fighting stance while using his hand to call the Venus Fox to come.
What arrogance?
The Venus Fox was furious, how could a lowly human ant be taunting the mighty Venus Fox. Though the monster beasts could not understand human speech, however, they could understand some human gestures.
Whizz!
The Venus Fox attacked Thomas swiftly, appearing instantly in front of him while raising its right hand, intending to slam it into Thomas's chest.
Thomas did not invade the attack, he met the attack head-on with a punch.
"Stone Fist - first form"
Boom!
The vibration from both the attack sent all the nearby trees and shrubs 30 meters back while Thomas took 10 steps backward to dissolve the rebound from the clash, the Venus Fox only took a step back.
"Hmm!"
Thomas raised his eyebrows looking straight into the monster beast. The monster beast furrowed, it had been surprised when it realized a young human being could meet its attack head-on without dying.
Thomas didn't wait for the monster beast to attack him this time around, he disappeared from his position, leaving an after image, instantly, appearing in front of the monster beast.
"Stone Fist - second form"
Boom! Boom!
This time around, the Venus Fox was prepared, their attack clashed together. Seeing that both of them did not have the upper hand, the battle turned frenzied.
They locked each other without giving themselves spaces to relax while punch after punch was raining on each other, destroying everything on their path.
Madness!
The surrounding monster beasts had already scurried away witnessing the madness between the two monsters.
Thomas had already forgotten about everything, battling to his heart content. Though he had sustained some injuries, they were all light injuries due to his strong physique. If it was the previous Thomas, he would have long escaped from the Venus Fox.
Meanwhile, the Venus Fox had been confused, it couldn't fathom how a mere early essence building realm peak stage 2 could be able to fight on equal ground. Though the Venus Fox had yet to use all its strength, nevertheless, its attack could kill cultivators of intermediate essence building realm.
Thomas was not stupid, he knew that the Venus Fox had yet to use all its strength. All the previous attack was just probing his limit while he had been grateful, allowing him to fight to his heart content. However, the attack could kill him if he was careless.
Thomas separated from the Venus Fox while looking straight into its eyes with his lips curled up a bit. His white robe had turned into pieces, displaying his well-toned muscles.
"I'll come back to fight with you when I become stronger," Thomas conveyed, turning back and disappearing from his position.
Since the reason for him to battle the Venus Fox was to get used to his physical strength, and it had been achieved. Then, there isn't any reason to continue to waste his time battling when he knew he couldn't defeat the Venus Fox. Moreover, it isn't a life and death battle while both of them had yet to bring forth their utmost power.
Seeing the disappearance of Thomas, the Venus Fox turned back and entered deeper into the forest.
