I didn't love him, but the attraction he applied to my heart was so strong that sometimes I wanted to cry out that I loved him and to let the weight of my heart go. However, when someone said she/he loved, her/his heart would get heavier and she/he would carry the poison of the other one in her/his heart rather than the weight of her/his own words.

What I heard couldn't be real. Or could it be? Have I taken my medicine? There was no logical explanation for a wolf talking to me instead of killing me. Either I had a problem or the world was not the place it should be. "What?" I said again. "Did you just talk?"

I squinted my eyes as her red eyes narrowed sarcastically. The expression of mockery read from the wolf's eyes, and that was frightening. It was as if a human had entered the wolf and was watching me through her eyes. I was in a really uncomfortable situation.
