Chapter 9: A Secret
"Some secrets, Never Leave us Alone. I want you to believe... To believe in things you cannot."
CESIA'S POV
"Who let her enter, in the forbidden barrier? Said a familiar voice of a man. He's angry based on his voice.
"We don't know your Highness. We thought she was sleeping in her room. We didn't bother to knock on her door." said a familiar voice of a woman.
I don't know what happens. I'm awake already, but I don't want to open my eyes. I heard them talking lately, but I can't understand what are they talking about. I keep my eyes closed, just to know more about their conversation.
"Your Highness, I'm afraid someone leads her to that place. I did not even mention it to her. " I know it's Amara, who is talking, now.
'What place are they talking about? '
"We're Forbid to go there. And we already know, what will happen if he or she is forced to enter into that place. " Told by a Man, It's the Valzonian Prince, Aivan.
'And I think, I know what they're talking, Cesia ' Zia said in my mind.
I tried to remember, what exactly happened to me. And like a bell, rings in my mind. The day we go to that place...
'It's the Autumn Forest. Zia, we're doomed. I said to Zia.
"She had been wounded and unconscious when the Royal guards see her." Prince Aivan said.
I remember I caught the shot of an arrow instead of Savanna. Geez. I was in Valzonian Palace. Why here?
"Is it true Your Highness, that the Royal Pegasus brings her here?" Amara asked curiously.
'Savanna' I know she can hear me. Savanna is a royal Pegasus who serves the royal blood. And I know they're confused, why she brings me here. Though, I'm just an ordinary person with no family background.
"Yes, we're all shocked when we know who brought her here. And even confused, How Cesia called the Pegasus."Prince Aivan seriously said it. Amara gasped at what she heard from him.
'Why is it a Big deal to them calling a Pegasus?' Zia said.
'Cause, we have no rights, Zia. Savanna was trained to serve Royal Bloods. And we're just a mere stranger. I frankly said to her. Even I get confused sometimes why I can communicate with her. Maybe, she chooses to befriend me? Or, Nah, never mind!
"And now, maybe, The Elders already know about this accident!" Prince Aivan said with a gritted tooth.
'Elders? Oh my, Cesia!' Zia exclaimed.
'God! This is a serious problem Zia. '
"What? Your Highness, maybe you can stop them from..."Amara gasped when someone knocks on the door and opens it.
"Your Highness." it's Aries who is talking now.
"Spill it, Aries. I know you brought some news. " Prince Aivan uses his baritone voice.
"The El-ders, they want to question Cesia," Aries said.
"God, these are what I'm talking about. " Amara gasped.
"I know you're already awake, Cesia." my ears perked what Prince Aivan said.
'God, Cesia. Prepare your mouth, geeez' Zia said jokingly.
'Tsk! Shut up. Help me find an alibi. '
I slowly open my eyes and the blurry white ceiling, we're the first to expose my sight. I adjusted my visions; the room is a combination of pink and white including the things here. Maybe It's their guest room. I feel a bit of dizziness. Don't ask me if my emotions we're back, cause They weren't. I just imagine it and my visions are the answer, having a swinging view, Yay.
I turn my gaze into them looking at me, with worries except for the prince knotted look.
"Ah, H-i! " I keep my voice straight, but it didn't slip my stuttering.
Amara quickly runs in my direction and hugs me while I'm lying in the bed.
"Cesiaaa, Hu-hu-hu. You're awake! I thought you did it again. Sleeping in two years. " she hugged me while crying. Jeez. This woman such a cry baby.
"Shhh, I'm fine. Shut up already, they're looking at you like shit. " I said.
Aries loudly laughs in the room while holding his tummy. Prince Aivan is wearing a grimaced face.
"Badmouth Cesia, Bad! "pouting herself like a child. Haist.
"Tsk! " She's been closed to me, but I like to tease her.
"Ahm. Prince Aivan, I forgot to tell you. The Elders requested your presence there. The King and Queen too, they're waiting. " Aries said to Prince Knotted head. I love to call him that.
"Okay, I'll leave then. And as for you. " Prince Aivan is looking at me.
"Prepare yourself, I can't promise to stop your interrogation. They have so many questions, even I too. I'll come back after I've met them." he said while raising her brows. He walked out of the Door and leaves.
"Aries? Why didn't you go with the Prince? " looking at Aries with a questionable face.
"Ah, mehehe. I want to eat that. My favorite." He would've grabbed the apple, but Amara spanks his hand.
"Yah, don't you know it's for Cesia! There's a lot of foods in the kitchen to eat." Amara rolled her eyes and covered the food by its hand.
These two such a pain in the ass. They made for each other. God, they keep on fighting nonsense things.
"Hehe, The foods they serve here are delicious. And I want to know about what happened to her in the Autumn Forest." He successfully grabs the apple from Amara and eats it. He grabs a chair and seats in front of me.
"Tsk! Greedy Aries and such a gossipmonger. " Amara rolled her eyes and do the same as Aries. So now, I had two silly children looking at me, waiting to tell them a story.
'What would I say? Savanna help!' I said. I slowly got up and leaned my back to the headboard of a bed.
'Cesia, It's time to tell them the truth about us. I know you trust them, but make sure to keep it a secret and zip their mouth. ' Savanna talks to me using her mind link.
'Don't worry, I'm fine here. But, you need their help. And I know they will never hesitate to lend a hand' she continues.
'Ah, help? Why would I need that? ' I asked Savanna but she cuts our connection, Ghad, this Pegasus.
"Hmm. Cesia? Yahoo! Are you in Jupiter? Cesiaaaa! " Amara didn't stop getting her attention. I gave her a raving look. Aries nudged her, but she gave us a peace sign.
"Tsk! "
"Oh, Cesia! My God, you're acting like a Snake, again. Hehe," How would I start these, If I have this kind of people.
"Hehe, It's okay Cesia. We won't force you to tell us. " Aries sincerely said.
"But, I know you can't deny my good-looking face. " He said while making a post.
'God! ' I sighed...
"You both trust me, right? " I asked. They both nod like a puppy. Geez.
"I'll tell you, but We Need to Keep it a secret. " I said and they frowned.
"Haist, That's why I asked you to. If you trust me. So, make a choice: Continue or Not? " I asked them again. They looked at each other like exchanging conversation. And face me again with a smile and nod.
"Continue!" they said in chorus.
I deeply Breath in and out. Look at them, seriously.
'I hope the trust I gave is in the right persons'
'They are, Cesia. And I know you knew it too. 'Zia said. I know, trust isn't that easy to earn. But, here I am giving my trust in these two people who's been with me since I came here.
"It all started when I wake up from my two years of sleep... " I started the conversation From the day I wake up until the Autumn Forest.
They have this frowning looks when they're confused. Their moods change quickly into wonderment. They keep on asking why what and how. I just shrugged and answer I don't know. Well, that's the truth, though.
"Woaaaaah, Amazing with a Zzzee! " Amara said in amusement.
"But, how do we explain this to them? Especially, the Elders " Amara lowered her voice.
"That's my problem now. How to make them believe or what are the ways I have to do. " I said.
"I have a plan. " Aries said seriously. We both look at him with awe... As in, this is the first time I saw him with a serious face.
'Hmm, perks of being the son of a First Duke. ' Zia said. Yeah. He is the Son of the First Duke in the Valzonian Kingdom. Prince Aivan's cousin too. Her mother is the sister of the king.
"Okay, spill it! " Amara clapped in happiness.
Aries tells us his plan. It is an amazing plan, though we're being nervous about doing this. But, we must try it.
"Ey, hehe, You mentioned about the Mysterious Man in the Autumn Forest, right? The one who saves you from falling. Yipee, You already had a Knight in Shining Armor or hehe, Prince Charming. " Amara is now twinkling her eyes in a romantic excitement.
'Gosh, this Woman! ' I rolled my eyes.
'Cesia, I hope we can see him again. You know what I mean when we see those mysterious Man. ' Zia said.
I didn't respond to what Zia said. Yeah, she's right. I hope I can see him again...
