Chapter 60 - The Last Gift

I didn't expect that my earlier military training would bring such results in such distress moments. I stood my ground while moving with my sword like dancing.

Any sword coming my way was deflected before I suddenly found another sword beneath me.

And I didn't hesitate to grab it.

Two swords and me danced in the middle of a large number of enemies. At some point I lost track of time and grew numb of how many I slashed or killed with my two swords.

The deadliest technique I knew of was to use one sword to deflect an attack and with the other I stab the enemy. This created a small space around me where many bodies kept accumulating and no enemy dared to trespass it.

As for my pets, I could hear the faint roars coming from all around as they were fighting. I didn't have any moment to turn around and check on them. However I wasn't feeling any worry over them at all.

They were, after all, frightening monsters in their own regard.
