"Well that was refreshing." Ichiro said, winding his arms down from how much electricity he used on them.
"Ichiro, that move you used back there was incredible! You have to teach me it sometime!" I said, my face was completely covered in amazement.
Ichiro grinned at my willingness to learn off of him. Akio and Alice were both complementing each others moves as well. Though we really were ignoring one major issue we had in that fight. We fought terribly together.
As a whole, we may have been strong but just strength can only take you so far. Though I'm not saying that it's impossible for us to improve as a team. We did beat the giant snake after all, even if it was just a lucky coincidence that we all hit it at the same time.
"Well would you look that that. You managed to beat my trial." The old man's voice came from behind us.
By now we had all realized that we were back in the forest. The old man was sitting on top of a rock while Akari stood behind him. She seemed impressed by our accomplishment.
"You're teamwork could use a lot of improvement. Thankfully, Master here has come up with a plan to train you for this sort of thing." Akari stated.
I raised my eyebrow out of curiosity. I was curious as to how he could help us improve in teamwork but I was more than willing to learn.
The old man jumped off from the rock and did a flip for what I guessed to look cool in front of us. A powerful aura shot off from his body and caused all of us, including Akari, to take a step back.
"Such power." Ichiro said, using his arms to cover his eyes from the debris.
A smile that could only me described as sinister crossed the old man's face. There was something off about it though. If I were to put it into words, I'd say it seemed forced.
"Tomorrow will be your final training day with me. As I'm sure you've guessed, I'll take on all four of you at once. I'll explain the rest tomorrow so make sure you get some sleep." The old man said, turning his back on us before walking away.
Akari seemed at a loss for words as she watched as the old man left. We all were to be honest. The amount of power the old man showed was extremely similar to that of Morgan's. Just who was he?
