Chapter 158 - Shopping Spree

"There's so many stores here." I said, looking all around the area.

There was a shop for almost everything I could imagine. Places for bags, armor, weapons, magic equipment, they had it all.

"You think this place is big? Floor Twenty's adventurer store makes this place seem like an ant hill." Ichiro said.

With the new money I had acquired, it only made sense that I wanted to spend some of it. Though my plan was to spend it on actual things I needed like a new bag.

"What do you plan on getting, Alice?" I asked.

"A staff." She said before walking off.

Ichiro, Akio, and I just stood there for a moment before returning back to talking to each other.

"Your cloak is really damaged. There's a tailor here that can fix it if you want." Akio suggested.

I looked down at my cloak and finally realized just how beat up it was.

"I'll be sure to check that out, thanks." I said, taking off my cloak and putting it away.

"So what about you, Ichiro? Got any thing in mind?" Akio asked.

Ichiro thought for a moment before shrugging, "not really, I might just look around."

Ichiro walked off into the crowd leaving just me and Akio. I didn't have a reason to stay there so I began my little journey through the store soon after.

"Oh! There's a bag store." I said, walking inside of it.

The small room had bags placed all around the walls and on tables that were in the middle of the room. At the very end of the entrance was a desk where a guy who had piercings on both his ears.

The man put down the paper he was reading and looked right at me. He let out a sigh before going back to reading his paper. I shrugged him off and began looking around for bags.

What I had in mind was a bag that was bigger than what I was carrying now but still small enough so I could have it wrapped around my side.

If I blinked I would have missed it. Right next to me was the bag that was exactly what I had in mind. From size, shape, and even design, the whole thing was exactly what I wanted. All I needed to do now was check the price.

Twenty-thousand velp.

I rubbed my eyes and blinked a few times just to make sure I wasn't seeing things.

"That's… expensive." I said, stating the obvious.

"What did you expect? You're in the magic bag section. Those things can sell up to the millions if the creator is skilled enough." The man with piercings said.

I turned around and looked at him.

"I'm sorry, what?"
