Chapter 105 - Pineapple Man

The streets weren't as crowded as usual allowing Alice and I to walk around with ease. We didn't have a destination in mind because we were just walking around trying to find new places. To our left there was a small park with a pond in the middle. There were ducks in the pond just sitting there.

I stopped looking at them and continued walking forward. I let out a yawn and wiped my eyes. It was still morning and I had just woke up about an hour ago. As we continued to walk I felt something hit the side of my head.

"Ow! What the hell was that?!" I yelled, turning towards where I was hit.

I looked down and saw a pineapple on the ground. I gave a confused expression for a moment before picking up the pineapple. I looked around to see if I could find who threw it but saw no one who looked guilty of something.

"You won't find me if you keep that up." A man's voice came from above me.

I looked up and saw a man dressed up as a pineapple sitting on top of a tree branch. Alice and I looked at each other and shrugged. When we looked back up the pineapple man was gone.

"Please don't tell me that a man dressed as a pineapple is about to attack us." I said with an annoyed voice.

I didn't bring Genki with me because I wasn't planning on getting attacked today. Not to mention the fact that Erika told me not to use him. I suddenly felt another pineapple hit the back of my head.

"What's next? An apple?" I said sarcastically.

A man dressed as an apple climbed down from the tree in front of us and walked away with a gloomy expression. I could feel another pineapple hit the side of my head but at that point I didn't even care anymore. I turned towards Alice to see what she thought of our situation.

"There's nothing stopping us from just leaving. So why don't we just do that?" Alice suggested.

"Good idea. If I get hit one more time with a pineapple I'm gonna hurt someone." Right as I said that I turned around and got hit with a pineapple.
