The City night are quiet and empty, only the street lights gives life to the empty streets of the Hope City, no footsteps can be heard. And the screams of fear begging to spare their life can only be heard at the City-side.
I was alone on the last street to my apartment that cold evening night, walking as fast as I could, afraid to be their next victim, my heart is beating fast and loud as I felt someone was following me, I walk faster, I have to save myself.
Finally, I felt relief seeing the gate of my apartment, I sighed in contentment, and walk hurriedly, as I reach the gate I opened my bag for my keys that took me a minute to finally get it and was about to unlock the gate when someone grabbed me by my wrist that made me scream.
It couldn't be.
I shut my eyes, admitting my defeat.
No mere mortal can fight against a vampire.
I was still hoping someone would come here and save me from this monster,
"Please someone, anyone save me" I whispered and screamed more as I felt the sting of his bite in my neck.
A tear fell down on my eye, because of hopelessness.
My body weakened,
I felt cold,
As I cried and hope for a savior, I close my eyes feeling tired and weak.
My body went numb, I can no longer felt any pain,
Finally I'll be able to run away in this world where monster lair.
I opened my eyes once more to see the world in a final glance,
My vision we're vivid, but my body was laid down on the side of the street, and the monster who was enjoying my blood, was now being beaten by a tall silver headed man,
He look at me and smile,
I look into his eyes, they were silver.
The silver eyed man saved me again.
then darkness filled me in.
