Daniel glanced at the watch on his wrist to check the time. It was indeed time for lunch already.
He would usually leave the office at 11:30 p.m. to meet Mickey or Marino so they could have lunch together. However, this time, it felt rude if he refused Ayesha's request as it was her first day at the office. Moreover, it was her mother who offered a job for Ayesha at the company.
"All right, let's have lunch together then. What food do you like to eat?" Daniel nodded in agreement. He let Ayesha choose the menu because he never bothered to spend his time thinking about what he wanted to eat every time it was time to have a meal.
"Really? You want to have lunch with me?" Ayesha asked with both eyes sparkling happily. Inwardly, she never thought that Daniel would be willing to have lunch with her that easily. Even though she did not want to admit it, but earlier she had prepared herself just in case Daniel would turn her invitation down.
