"Well, if you guys have nothing else to discuss, let's get back to work now," Daniel said as he got up from the sofa he was sitting on.
"Daniel!" Ayesha called out to him, stopping Daniel from leaving.
"You see, I have just arrived here, why don't you offer me a cup of tea first?" Ayesha asked, voiced out her opinion as she was waiting for that man for quite a while already.
She had a sullen expression on her face.
She had waited for him for a long time since this morning, but why she felt that Daniel kept a distance from her?
"Drinking tea?" Daniel furrowed his brows. "Did you coming here to have a cup of tea, or did you come here to work?" Daniel asked Ayesha in return, then he lifted his left wrist to look at the watch he was wearing on his wrist. "It's not tea time yet, anyway," he added again.
Seeing Daniel's stiff face and serious attitude, Ayesha stopped herself from saying anything else more.
"Oh… Okay," She replied softly.
