(CLOE'S POV)
Amell parked his car in front of the rugged bar beside the beach at the outskirts of the city. We entered a small space with a gated counter and a small space with just an entrance from the road, a hallway along the counter that directly led to an exit to the beach. There are no tables and chairs inside that small hut. All of them can be found outside and along the seashores.
Several wooden tables and slab benches face the little covered ramp, which will serve as the stage. In there is a video karaoke machine that's open for everyone to sing, just by simply putting a coin on the slot then pressing the code of the song, and you're ready to sing.
