First day back to school, since Bree is out for work, I accompany Bella to her High School since it's just a walk away from the village. Besides, if ever she's a little jittery with her new school, new friends, and new environment, at least I'm here to lessen her heebie-jeebies. However, I can feel her excitement too.
After we check the list of what class she's in. She smiles and confidently tells me to leave her, and she will be fine, as she is ready to face her new life alone. I really admire this little lady; she's as responsible as her big brother, and I'm lucky enough to meet them and be part of their family someday.
"Okay, so this is it. Have fun in school, and by the way, here is the extra key. Just in case you'll be back home before me." I give her a thumbs up hand sign after I hand her the key.
