(CLOE'S POV)
Jericho pulled over to the small hashery along the road. The small parking lot was just enough for Jericho and Ziggy's car to park. Jericho went out of the car, and I followed him without waiting for him to open me up. I wasn't always comfortable to be treated like a princess, I rather do my own things, than wait for a man to serve me.
Although, yes, I was used to being attracted to a man who's chivalrous enough to do that, I guess maturity or rather experiences made me realize that I'm capable enough to serve myself and not needing help from anyone in Adam's race.
Ziggy got out of the car right after me, and we almost bumped into each other when I was about to go on the right, and he was moving to his left. But he stopped and let me pass before he proceeded after me. He walked hastily to the other side of his car to open the door for Nadine.
