Melisca sprinted away from the scene. As she was on the run, the cold breeze of the night went numb on her skin. Her mind was stuck on Ezekiel. She stabbed him with the knife he tainted. Will he be fine? She didn't know what he exactly meant by saying it could penetrate through magic. But it sure came in handy, for he hadn't gone after her.
