Blazing morning sunlight reflected off the scarred faces of nine planets to create an overhead view like no other. Their full silhouettes were closer to Brockwing Vale than Earth had once been to its moon, and that alone invoked an uncomfortable sensation that the sky was falling.
As we ran, charging all out for the castle where our families lay besieged, I couldn't tear my eyes away from the sight. 'Where are the others?'
