"Her death," was her immediate reply.
Elliot frowned but relaxed. She was a professional bounty hunter, of course all she would talk about was death.
"Oh, it's a good thing that you're instilling fear inside of her. She needs all the help she can get."
He then glanced at the boat's steering wheel before releasing a sigh. How was he going to drive this boat with no sense of direction?
"Old hag, do you know where we heading?"
Again he received no answer from her. What was he going to do with this woman? She has told him nothing so far about Victoria, or even where they are supposed to-wait… Wasn't he supposed to be the one to know where they are going?
'Where was he going?'
If Victoria was here, she would've told him where they were going. It seems like most of the sayings are true these days, you never know what you have until you lose them.
He gestured towards the wheel with a sigh.
