What was he supposed to say? Anyone looking at the item in Will's hand could clearly voice what it was without a second thought.
Well, technically that was not true, only the best of the best could know what it was and even they would have to try hard enough.
Walking towards the tray which held all the tools he was going to need, he took up the small scalpel between his fingers as he fawned over the sharp edge.
"Lie down."
"Which step is this?" queried Will, his eyes closed.
Slicing the tender hard skin behind his ears, sighing in content as the blood spilled from his ear. He closed his eyes in frustration when he released he wasn't wearing his mask.
"What's that about?" asked the patient in a strained voice as he tried not to wince when he felt liquid going into his ear.
