The two released a sigh of relief as soon as they ended the call.
"Well, that's a relief," muttered Zaiden loudly as he threw himself to the ground, creating a soft thud as his body made contact with the cushions.
Victoria gave him a nod of agreement, before she took the phone off the window still, connecting it to a charger.
She was a bit happy with how things turned out, but she was terrified of her children's reactions.
She knew Emma was the typical 'Daddy's girl' or 'Daddy princess' and she knew announcing on live television that she had no intention of getting back together with their father was a big mistake.
It was bound to reach her children's ear.
Victoria slightly grimaced as a scene of how her children would react played in her imagination.
'This is not going to be good,' she thought mentally.
This was not how she expected things to turn out.
She dreamed of a happy life with the man she thought was the love of her life and her two wonderful kids.
