Many say my life is tiring, getting up at 5 am, spending an hour and a half on the road to get to campus, armed only with bread and water to get through the day until evening, then spending two hours to get home at 17:30 PM and then meeting with rice, even then, if I'm lucky the rice in the house is freshly cooked — I don't eat cold rice.
At home, we cook rice manually, boil it in a cooking pot, and then transfer it to a steamed saucepan. The reason is simple, about a year ago, the rice cooker was damaged, so we had to use the manual method before the new buy rice cooker. Although finally the new rice cooker never set foot in this house, I really have no problem if I have to cook manually, it's still rice, even though it can't be heated because later it will smell bad and no one in the house wants to eat it.
If I don't find rice at home, the easiest alternative is instant noodles, even though I hardly use my lunch money, I will never spend more than 5 thousand rupiahs on alternatives - better given to my little sister for Aice snacks. I usually always take a shower before going to bed, if my hair needs help, I might wash my hair too, but if not, I will only soap, wash my face and brush my teeth. Actually, Mama forbade many times to take a shower at night, she said I could get rheumatism — well, I had rheumatism.
If I still have time and aren't too sleepy I open the novel I'm writing, sometimes just reread it, or tidy up some wrong sentences, or maybe continue a delayed chapter. Then I finally fell asleep at 12.00 P.M. that's my most late-night limit, because tomorrow I have to wake up at 05.00 A.M.
