This was the ability that the Wind Drake used to catch up to Whittaker. Since it has used it once, Whittaker could only use it one more time today but by tomorrow the rune will recharge and he would be able to use this rune twice.
However, he has no wing type equipments but he believed that he will be able to use it soon as he had decided to purchase wings from the universal store after returning to Zachary palace.
