(Southern Japan)
(Bit of background on Alin, he's a duelist who specialises the in the invoker archetype and uses them all to great effect, he is also known as the youngest regional champion before entering duel academy known as "The Invoker" which he took from his ace card Aleister The Invoker, he also has a sister called Kliana who's a year older than him and in duel academy in Obelisk Blue)
(He'll be dueling Crowler much like Jaden but much more balanced, Alin takes his exam before Jayden does)
"Alright, today is the day of my entrance exam for duel academy, hopefully my sis gets off my back once I'm there, then again I'm sure I'll get into Obelisk Blue no problem but my main hope is to get into Obelisk White" he runs out of his apartment and puts his hood up to avoid paparazzi then runs straight for the academy.
(Duel Academy)
"Haha, finally here" he walks in and heads to the exam area, he runs into Syria, "Hey, you for the entrance exam", Alin nods "Yep sure am", Syria nods and Alin goes to introduce himself but a loudspeaker goes off "Can Duelist 23# head to the exam room" Alin waves to Syira (fem Syrus) before leaving for the exam room.
(Exam Room)
He walks in only to be greeted by a lot of academy students and Dr Crowler "So your the duelist I'll be testing... this should be interesting" Alin smiles "Yeah, it should" they both put their decks in their duel disks "Duel!" and prepare to duel.
(Outside the duel)
Chazz, Zane and Alexis look at the hooded duelist with intrigue while Klian sighs.

Crowler smiles "I'll let you go first but remove your hood so I know you" Alin nods and removes his hood revealing himself and earning shocked gasps, Crowler smiles "Alin Callus, I've heard great things about you but let's see if you can handle this school" Alin laughs "I'll handle it like it's nothing... alright I set a monster face down as well as a card and end my turn" Crowler and everyone else ponder why he did that with Zana (fem Zane) looking at him with intrigue "What's he planning" Crowler smirks "I set two cards face down and play heavy storm" Crowler destroys his two set traps while Alin thinks "He's using tokens to prepare for a tribute summon most likely, good thing I have Blast Held By Tribute for his next turn if he negates Alister's effect".
(Outside the duel)
Alexis and Zana look on in shock "So Crowlers using his own deck, and using his most powerful monster" Zana nods "looks that way but Alin is known for always being able to counter in unexpected ways so don't count him out yet".
(Back to the duel)
the token monsters appear while Crowler laughs "I summon my best monster Ancient Gear Golem" Alin smiles "Good" Crowler summons it to the field.
(Outside the duel)
Chaza (fem Chazz) looks at Alin "Let's see mister Invoker pull himself out of this".
(Back to the duel)
Crowler laughs again "Ancient Gear Golem attack" Ancient Gear Golem attacks Alesiter and inflicts 2200 damage to Alin who sighs "Not bad but Alestier's effect activates, Crowler gasps "What" Alin smiles "I add the spell card invocation to my hand then I activate it... normally I wouldn't be able to invoke this but with your ancient golem on the field I can use Blast held by tribute to destroy it and Aliester to bring my monster to the field" Crowler and everyone else gasps "What!" Alin smiles "Magellinca, I invoke you, lend me your aid" Magellinca appears, Alin then smirks I then then activate my spell card invocation in my graveyard which shuffles it back into my deck then I activate the spell card Back Up Rider from my hand to increase Magellinca's ATK to 4500 and OTK you...Dr" Magellinca throws a flame coated punch at Crowler which knocks him into the wall and brings him to zero life points.

Crowler gets up and smiles "Your just as good as your regional showings, you definitely belong in this school" Alin nods "Thanks Dr, be seeing you" he walks out.
(The next day, Duel Academy, Obelisk White Dorm Room)
Alin gets himself settled into his dorm room and grabs a bed in the corner near the door, he sighs and goes checks through his deck, "Hm, should probably gather some more Invoker cards later" he notices a box in his bag with a letter tied to it, he tears the ribbon away and opens the letter.
(The Letter)
"Alin to you, I leave our Invoker archetype, I know you must be wondering why I left but trust me it was for the best, I will meet you again at some point in the future after I come back, from sending Sihil into space like you asked, signed your father, Carinal Callus".

(Dorm Room)
Alin grits his teeth and opens to the box to reveal Invoked Mechabara, Elysium, Raidjin, Augoeides, Purgatrio, Ginnugagap, the spell cards, The Book Of Law, Magical Meltdown, Invoked Formation and the trap card, Omega Summon. Alin smiles and put them into their respective positions in his deck noticing the empty spot that used to be held by Sihil The Invoked Paladin, he then cracks open a bottle of soda and heads to the dining area of the dorm for the welcoming feast.
(Dining Area)
Alin walks in to find his sister sitting at a table by herself, he sits down opposite her, she looks at him with both joy but also sadness "Hey brother, hows it going" Alin smiles "It's been fine...I-I got a letter from dad" she perks up "What did it say" he gives her the letter, she reads it and sighs "So he's coming back soon!" Alin nods "At least he stuck around unlike mother" she nods "Yeah I suppose but still disappearing on "business" all the time isn't exactly cool" Alin nods "I know but we got a live somehow" the two laugh before talking the night away.
(The next day)
Alin walks through and runs into Jayden and Syria, "Oh, hi" Syria recognises him "Your-Alin "The Invoker" Callus" Alin nods "Hey, your Zana's little brother Syria, and you must be the new duelists who managed to beat Crowler, he's pretty pissed at you for that from what I hear" Jayden laughs "Let him, I'm just here to make friends and become the next king of games" Alin smiles "I hope you do... actually let's duel,
I wanna these Elemental Heroes of yours in action" Jayden smirks (Yubel is still female in this) "Sure".
(Duel)
Alin chuckles "Alright then, first move is yours" Jayden nods "Ok, I summon Elemental Hero Sparkman in attack mode and set two cards face down and end my turn" Alin smiles "My turn, I draw, I set a monster face down then set three cards face down" Jayden smiles "I summon winged kuribo in defence mode, then I attack with Sparkman, Spark Blast" the card flips up to reveal Aleister the invoker, he doesn't get destroyed shocking Jayden, Alin smiles "Aleister has 1800 defence points while Sparkman only has 1600 ATK so he is destroyed and even better I activate his effect to add invocation to my hand, I then activate invocation to summon Mechabara using SparkMan and Aleister", a light magic circle appears "Mechabara, I invoke you, aid me in this battle" Mechabara appears (stats: 2500 ATK and 2100 DEF) "Now Mechabara attack Invoked God Ray" Mechabara blasts a ray of light which destroys Sparkman. Dealing 900 damage to Jayden "I then activate Invocation in my graveyard to shuffle it back into my deck", she smirks "Not bad but I activate polymerisation to fusion summon Flame Wingman" Alin smiles as Flame Wingman appears on the field, "I then play the field spell Skyscraper" Alin's smile widens, "Attack Flame Wingman, Skydive Scorcher" Alin laughs "Not so fast, I activate my trap Anti-Fusion Device" Jayden gasps "What" Alin smiles "It allows my to destroy one fusion monster on the field and I choose Flame Wingman" Flame Wingman is destroyed, Alin draws another card, "Perfect, now I can Invoke another of my monsters, I play Invocation again and summon Aleister The Invoker again then I use him and your Flame Wingman to invoke Raidjin, Raidjin of the winds, I invoke you" he appears and creates a heavy gust of wind "I then activate another trap Spirit Barrier as long as I control a monster I take no battle damage. Now Raidjin attack Invoked Wind Barrage" Jaiden gasps "Ahhh" her life points hit zero and Alin smiles and helps her up "Thanks for the duel, your deck is mighty interesting but you need more hero cards before you can start really using your deck at its best" Jaiden nods "Thanks for the advice" Alin nods "Anytime" he walks off back to his dorm.
