The unusual turn of events made Xiao Jane shudder in fear. The guy she happened to saw a moment ago was not someone we can call normal. She was certain that she had seen a monster in the human form. His voice, his eyes, and even his words; everything was horrendous.
As she was about to lose her insight, she saw Fengshi running towards her.

"Leave her alone!" his words were more like a warning.
He came closer and held her lightly. Zhang Wei was also there a moment later.
"Where do you think you're going, bastard!" Zhang Wei was more than ready to chokehold him between his muscular arms, but all the lights of the hotel went off suddenly.
Before anyone could say or do anything, the light came back in the blink of an eye, but the guy was nowhere to be seen.
"Where the hell he went in a second damn it!" Wei yelled, frantically looking around and down the floor.
"Leave it Wei. We've lost him."
