Knowing fully well what the second demon would do, Jay tensed up in his seat and closed his eyes. There was no stopping Xander, so he could only brace himself for Sky's taunting. 'I am doomed with these two, aren't I?' Jay thought.
While Jay lamented in his mind, Xander out a call through to Sky. Immediately the call came through, Sky's stern voice rang out.
The phone was on speaker, so Jay could very much hear him and immediately the two of them became serious as well.
"Xander. I was just about to call you."
"What is wrong?"
"He is here."
"Here, in Star Cross City?" Xander asked, taken aback by the sudden news.
"Yes." Sky's reply was short and straight to the point. It was obvious that he was not ready for jokes and the information that he was passing was really important.
"How come? What were they doing that I just got informed about it?"
"I think he came in on a low key."
