In my dreams, we finally escaped but there's something problem... Why I can't dream the whole details? I mean there's a missing part in my dream which is supposed to be there's an idea of how we will escape. But to my surprise there were none.
Early morning I woke up and notice that it was sunrise. It's our second day here in the haunted village, I woke up everyone and told them that it was morning. The man stood and he brought the gun beside him he told us that we should get food outside together with him so we accepted and we heading our way out to get us food.
There are no traces of people outside and there are no traces of monsters either. There were non-footprints anything that connects to the story that the man told us yesterday it was quite empty but the gates are closed and we can't open the gate. I give up on opening the gate when I notice something on the bar house. It was old enough like in the 1960's I went inside that house and wondered that there was a used liquor and cigarettes on one table. And based on the equipment it was still fresh from the person who used it? And where does that person now?
I roamed around and notice something inside the kitchen of the store when I entered I saw bunches of boxes and all of that still closed. Unwrapped. Wait we haven't asked those people when they being trapped here in the village. When was their last entry into this village? I called Evan and Rhea about my thoughts.
"What about them?" Rhea asked.
"Haven't you forgot the man told us the history of this village? He said if we stayed up here for 50 days all of us can become monsters. And now we haven't asked them when they get trapped inside the village" I said.
"Do you think this is their last day?" Evan asked.
"I don't know but we have to be more careful if what will happen if we're close to them," I said. Thinking of that makes me more frightened but in my dream, I saw me and my friends escaped but the family we have seen here I haven't seen it in my dream. Did they escape or they turn into monsters like what that man told us.
Later on, the man approached us and telling me that they already finished packing our food and we are now safe to return to our rooms. Evan and Rhea are the ones holding those plastic bags full of food while we heading to the hotel. I grip the man's arms for him to stop walking asked him about my suspicious "When did you trap here?"
The man looked away from my gaze, I knew it! I told to myself. I know that this is their last chance. "The truth is this our 50 days being trapped here, but I don't want my kids to turn into monsters." The man cried to me then hold my hands tightly "Please I beg you, it's okay for me if I'm the only one who will be the monsters but pleased helped our child. If you're planning to escape please help them" He cried in despair and afraid. I tapped his shoulder and said the one thing that can make him relief.
"Don't worry all of us will escape tonight, no one's gonna be monsters, no one ever leaves behind in this village," I assured him and he hugs me tight thanking me.
Now the only question is: How are we gonna escape here if we will do this at night? It's too risky, like he said there are monsters everywhere when the darkness rise. But that's the only way for us to get us out of here. In the morning the gate is closed and we can't open it or even a single move. How are we gonna get across without monsters noticing our escaping? Hmmm... If we're gonna escape someone needs to be bait for the monsters lure it and help us escape but the one who's going to be bait would be so risky it might end up dying here. I know exactly who will be the bait.
Later after we got inside the room I told everyone my idea. All of them looked worried but Evan and Rhea refuse and they do not like my idea. "Are you out of your mind?! That's too dangerous! I won't let you be the bait!" Rhea finally said.
"He's right Philip, think about it. If you will be the bait all monsters will be chasing you, there's only one percent that you can escape from them." Evan said.
"But we don't have a choice if that's the only convenient way for us to escape if we did nothing, what will happen to this family? He already told me that this is their last day if we do nothing they become monsters!" I said.
"But- I can't let you risk your life, Philip," Rhea said full of sadness. I always reminded her of Hannah she's so cared about me. I hold her hands and assure her that I'll be fine. I can escape here no matter what happens. All they need is to escape.
Finally, night came and it's about time the gate will open. All of them are ready, I nod to them and warned them that they should be alert to whatever will happen. I know I'm not that good at physical activities but this is the only way I knew that will work and I know that in my dreams all of us escape well I don't know about this family but I won't let anything happen to them. No matter what happens everyone will escape in this village.
We heard some roaring voice, they're so many! I peek first to look outside there are wolves, and monsters everywhere all I have to do is to let them chased me and that is the time they all get outside. All they need is to get inside the car and drove outside of the village. While me chasing I need to get away out for me to get in the entrance. That is the only way out of this village. If only Sapphire is here, but I just dismissed the thought it's no time for me to let her bargain. I have to do this on my own without the help of anyone.
A minute passed and I breathe in and out before going outside which makes those monsters look at me. "Hey! I'm right here! Try to catch me, suckers!" I shout then all the monsters are now chasing me. That is the time when my friends and those who trap here went to where our car parked.
I run and run and notice that all monsters are going out inside those houses, buildings, and stores. So it means there are a lot of peoples trapped here and never get a chance to escape. I finally get myself hide in one of the buildings. I catch my breathe first before I look behind me to see if they were still following me. When I saw them running I ran again they still chasing me. I searched everywhere to find a way out of here. I was about to get something useful when the ghost that suddenly appears in my room when we were in the hotel appeared again to where am I. And she's pointing out the room which is why would she do that. I let myself get inside the room. But the room is empty there's nothing inside, I searched the whole room and notice something strange on the windows. The windows are broken and there's a rope connecting a way out through the gate but why she will help me escape?
I looked at her, she is now crying. I guess she wants me to believe her but first, how do I get out using a rope? I think of a way until there's a pop-up idea that comes to my head I only need is a hanger so I can escape. I looked in the cabin and found one hanger the lady vanished and it's time for me to get out. I looked down and all the monsters are trying to get inside the building so I have no choice but to do this thing. I hope that it can carry my weight. I looked once again at the lady but the lady vanished and now I am facing this situation before the gate closed again I need to escape from here to the gate. I hope my friends finally outside the gate. I stood in the window and all the monsters are now looking at me waiting till I fall in the window. I was so nervous to do this thing but I must take the risk. This is my last hope.
I put the hanger above the rope and I was about to jump when the door inside my room opened by force and it was monsters so without any doubt I finally jump and hold tight the hanger so I wouldn't fell to the monsters underneath me they are now heading to my direction. Running when suddenly the rope broke I quickly hold the rope tight before I fell. The rope swings from the building through the gate and I saw my friends and the family are now outside. It's my time to run I quickly rush head to the gate when suddenly werewolves are now ahead of me, the man notices the werewolf that now is blocking my way so he put his gun and shoot out the werewolves which make the wolves dies. I finally went my way out of the gate. The monster who is currently running to get me stopped not to let them get out of the gate they stay standing there inside and when the sunrise the gate automatically closed and those monsters disappears.
The family is now safe, they thank us but they stayed near the Haunted village and said that they will stay outside of the village to warn other tourists will going to this village they once again thank us and we bade a farewell.
Rhea is now driving and I glance once again in the village but the village suddenly disappears which it was haunted. I am glad that we finally escape from the haunted village I hope no one will be the next victims of the said Abandon Village.
