Chapter 1 - Once Upon A Club

Lights flashing, music booming, girls and boys swaying their hips like nothing else matters, its crowded, liquor smelling everywhere.

Everyone is here, the drunk, sober and those who are both with all their problems.

I went down the stairs to meet my friends who are chilling in the lounge.

I had just come from home after my rough day at campus, who ever made school was just bored.

Dressed in a short black body hugging dress along with black heels, my long silky black hair hanging down to me, I think I look nice I really don, 't know about the rest.

Honestly I doubt if anyone can see me with all the lights and darkness with this melanin but what can I say except black beauty.

I went to meet my friends who looked like they had had the best time of their life in the past hour. Jade saw me and called out to me while waving her hands in the air.

"Emmy" she called out.

I arrived where they were.

"It seems the party had already begun and its almost ending," I said with a huge smile on my face.

Hoping it was ending so that I can run away because honestly I hate clubs. They are always crowded there are so many rules to follow incase you want to leave the place alive.

Rule no.1: Always stay close with your friends or someone that you know.

Rule no.2: Never leave your drink unattended even though you are going to the washroom, if you have left it then buy a new one.

Rule no.3: Don't receive anything from strangers.

And the most important rule of all,

Rule no.4: If you feel like your getting too high then leave the place and ask a man to escort you. If you take a woman never know what will happen to the both of you.

I just go there because of peer pressure. I don't want to be known as the teen that didn't have a fun life, and regret.

"No, the party is just beginning now that you are here," she replied happily as I placed a fake smile.

"Emmy I would love to introduce you a friend of mine Mason," she said, competing with the loud music.

I looked over to see the guy she was talking about. He had curly black hair that was glistening. He had a fine jaw line that made him look fine and appealing.

"It's nice to meet you Mason," I replied.

"The pleasure is mine," he said in a deep husky voice.

"So can we go and now dance?" Jade inquired.

"You guys go ahead, I will join you later," I said.

With that Jade and Mason went on the dance floor and started dancing as for me I was drinking just then I got bored and stood up to go join Jade on the dance floor with music and alcohol flowing in my body. People were dancing non-stop. Music making people hyped.

"Ahhhhhh," the first thing I said in the morning. It felt like some was playing with my head as a basketball. I looked around and I wasn't home but in a car parked at the beach with Mason lying in the car naked.

"Hey guys am I going home now hope you guys enjoy," said Jade.

"Bye good night reach home safely," I said. It was now me and Mason.

"Hey do you want to go for a ride?" Mason asked shouting competing with the music.

"Ya sure, why not," I replied with enthusiasm.

Outside it was very dark and less noisy than inside I didn't really have control of where I was going so Mason helped me.

We got into his black Benz.

"So where are we going to go?" I asked out of curiosity.

"The beach," he said, starting the car. Honestly I was now getting scared what if something happens. It was very quite, so I decided to break the silence.

"So do you have a girlfriend?" I asked wondering if he would reply.

"No, right now I don't do girlfriends," he said.

'Does this mean he is gay?' I asked myself.

'Why is it gay people are the cute ones'?

Just then I was interrupted from my thoughts.

"We have arrived," Mason announced

"Are you tired if drinking?" He asked.

"Not really," I replied.

"Well then you can come and join me," he said, pulling out a bottle of red wine from the behind window.

We sat on the roof of the car and started talking while drinking.

"So Emmy do you have a boyfriend?" He asked.

"No we just broke up today . the funny part is we dated for two weeks, and five months ago I was dumped by five guys," I said, sounding depressed while laughing at myself.

"That explains why you were drinking like that," he said.

"So why did you break up?" He added.

"He said things weren't working out, and that he wants to focus on other things," I said.

My eyes were filled with tears and anytime they were going to burst out with tears.

"Your the first girl I have seen who looks pretty when she cries," he said.

Our faces came closer, making me look into his glistening eyes as his lips smashed onto mine, I could feel him try to pull away as if having second thoughts. Never thought I would kiss a stranger, but I did. I pulled him by his coat, and kissed him deeply. I felt his tongue making way into my mouth as our lips moved simultaneously.

A ray of landed on my face that woke me up from the deep sleep I was in but felt so tired.

"Oml I can't believe it I slept with him even though he is gay," I whispered to myself.

I started dressing up, and then woke up Mason also to tell him to dress up, so that he can drop me off home, but then I thought how can I talk to him after last night.

To avoid the awkward discussion, I got out of the car and went looking for cab once I got one I gave the driver my address, I slept with a gay person or maybe he is bisexual.
