The God of Fools and Mirror God stated that they were afraid that a powerful dimensional lifeform could end up hiding among those who were fleeing. This was a very good reason.
But in actuality, there were ways to tell humans and dimensional lifeforms apart.
Even if others were incapable of making the differentiation, there was no way the 12 members of royalty would fail to sense them with their auras.
Thus, the reason that the Mirror God and God of Fools gave was not as legitimate as they made it out to be.
