Even though the seal Chumo applied could restrain them, to be really sure, Emery decided to take out Twik from the Spatial Space. Hearing what he was summoned for, the little buddy quickly extended its limb and used them to tightly restrain the two, making sure they couldn't move an inch.
With Twik's Mythical level strength and roots as durable as Tier 4 metals, coupled with the restraint of Chumo's seal, the two magus would certainly need quite a lot of effort in order to break their shackles, even at their full strength.
