James's was taking a walk since that was his workout, every morning he'd take a walk and admire the animals and nature here. You know this place wasn't all that bad but it still had it's faults, James and Kai had been going out with each other for two weeks now and everything was going well but James couldn't shake the feeling Kai was hiding something from him. It always felt like Kai wanted to tell James something but he just couldn't for some reason. James walks down a street before he hears a weird sound and turns the corner to see Kai biting into someone's neck like he was a vampire, he held back a gasp and just stared at Kai in shock and he dropped his phone and then took off to his house. He was about to turn the corner when he got pushed up against the wall and he looked up to see Kai staring down at him with this hunger in his eyes. "You dropped your phone babe". Kai hands James his phone back and then puts his hands on each side of James's head making James suck in a breath as he grabs his phone back. "Thanks angel, i should go home now". James goes to move but Kai grabs his wrist and pins it to the wall. "James i know you don't want to be with me anymore after what you saw but can you just let me tell you why i never told you i was a vampire?". Kai asked, more like begged James to hear him out, James sighs and looked up at Kai before he cups Kai's face and kisses him softly and sweetly. "I still want to be with you Kai but yeah, tell me why you couldn't tell me". Kai nods slowly as he leans into James's touch and takes a deep breath before he closes his eyes. "I didn't tell you because i didn't want you looking at me in a different way, like you were scared i'd hurt you because i'd never hurt you". Kai says softly as he looks into James's eyes and cups his face gently. "You are the only good thing in my life James and i didn't want to ruin that". Kai said softly as he buries his face in James's neck. "Hey, no matter what i'm going to stay with you Kai. I care about you and this won't push me away, i'm here for you". James whispers into Kai's ear and they stay holding each other until it was the next morning.
