After a long journey, Jack and Anne finally arrived at Linda's family home. Their arrival was warmly welcomed by all of Linda's family.
After three months had passed since the death of Linda and Paul, Anne and Jack had not yet come back to the Linda family's house. Because of that, when they came, almost all of Linda's family cried and hugged them both in turn.
Anne immediately carried Asher, who was getting bigger. His face was really a combination of his parents. Seeing Asher made Anne remember her two late friends and it made Anne a little sad.
"Asher is so smart, he never gives us any trouble."
"Asher is the best baby I've ever raised, Madam."
"He really doesn't bother anyone."
"Linda and Paul must be so proud to see their son grow up so extraordinary."
"Seeing Asher reminds me of Linda, this kid's smile is very much inherited from his mother's smile."
