Age: 15
Looks: She has short black hair slicked back, she also had blue eyes until her quirk changed her. Talking about Quirks...
Quirk: Fairy Fire
Quirk description: Her quirk emits a mixture of phosphine, diphosphane and methane from glands on her face which ignite upon contact with oxygen. Her quirk kinda works like Bakugo's but instead of her hands it's her face. PS: I don't know half of the things I just said BUT, Google is your friend right?
Equipment: On her face is a fire proof mask that cover her face to block out oxygen, she has vents on the side for her to breath. Only providing little oxygen to breath without her quirk reacting. She can loosen it a little if she needs to fight. She also has flame throwers that she connects to the mask from her arm bracers which let's her redirect the gas to let her use her quirk for an offensive or to quickly propel her forward or upward.
Weakness: She needs Oxygen to breath, since her quirk burns up the oxygen in the air, she doesn't have that much time left to fight before she passes out from oxygen deprivation. She doesn't work well with ice or water quirks, you can imagine why. She can't exactly control her quirk, I mean it's Phosphine, that stuff lit on fire as soon as it touches oxygen.
Bio: Nobuko lives a quiet life with a mom and dad who both have amazing quirks. Her mom with the ability to charge any battery while her dad has the ability to emit a scent in the air that makes people feel relaxed. Her family owns a car dealership, so while she's not as rich as Momo or Shoto they have money. Her parents don't actually live with her and only show up if something important happened, but when they do show up, you know shits about to go down.
Nobuko also has been practicing for her body to be perfect since her quirk manifested. She is a peak level human, and considering this is anime, I might have made her slightly op. The MC can also breakdance... yeah.
Nobuko also doesn't attract attention to her, so many people in the world and you think she's special? Nope. She's like that one character in anime you only see once. Nobuko also has an older brother who's 3 years older than her with the ability to lock ANYTHING.
