" Qing hua"
" Yes my lord"
" Who is that man I just met?"
"...."
her silence was becoming rather too unbearable for him , his only option is to ask again with better choice of words " Don't you think he is to perfect among all other imperfection?"
"..."
' What's with this silence?'
Her silence simply told that him her pure refusal to give him an answer with that being understood, he just went back to stuffing his face with dumplings not until it came with a brief sigh.
" Jing Jun"
" Jing Jun?"
" The father of all earthly rulers"
" Ok" He shook his head in understanding " So where is Bo palace located?"
" The sixth heaven"
' the sixth heaven is more closer to the God of gods throne according to the fable I was told'
Though he couldn't remember his name, he remembered the stories he was told when he young about gods and goddesses so very clearly that he could picture the little five or so old him holding a White Rabbit Candy with both hands, mouth filled with sweet Syrup looking like smudged lipstick while listening to ...who? telling him fables.
" so what's the fallen flower of jade?" He couldn't stop himself being curious about the madman Jing Jun was talking about a while ago.
Qing hua eyes widened with a gasp, cautioning him " Young master don't mention that crazy man in the abode of saints"
He snorts ' Who are the saints and the sinners now?' " Why?"
Her face colour changed with so much of gritting of teeth " His name isn't recorded.... so it's purely forbidden to mention his name"
" Why"
" I.. its just forbidden"
" ok" he nods and went back to stuffing his face with dumplings with a lot of questions in his heart without answers to each of them.he could hear the gentle sigh of relief coming beside him.
' I need to know more about this fallen flower of jade'
Two days later, his injuries were a thing of the past and Jing Jun made preparations for his journey to earth along with boxes of dumplings that could last a person a lifetime before sending him down with clouds of water from the seven seas fountain under his feet.
' I didn't get the chance to talk to other gods but its good'
Mostly, he was bedridden for the last two days because of his injuries so he had no chance in getting to know or talk to other gods. During this period, he got to know few gods came visiting him and few goddesses brought medicinal herbs and dumplings for better recovery but he never saw them.
His journey to earth just took two minutes using the heavenly clock hung on a pillar between the nine heavens but by using the earthly timing, who knows .
As soon he landed , the clouds dispersed into thin air and changed itself into a ribbon and wrapped itself around his hair. He breathed in the fresh air into his lungs with a satisfactory smile on his face.
' Its nice'
He noticed his area of landing was a bit secluded, just few peasants who were working on their farms now staring at the strangely dressed handsome man who just appeared suddenly from nowhere.
" Greetings to you" He did a palm fist with a smile on his face " where is this place?"
None of them were brave to answer this strange handsome man but a pretty little girl of eleven- years-old stepped out boldly with both hands on her waist, face too serious for her age and voice to domineering. She looked at him eye to eye" Who are you?"
He eyes the little girl up and down and laughed a little ' Who's this little girl?'
" I'm...a monk who has been traveling for several years"
The girl looks like someone who won't buy that kind of excuse from a strangely dressed man who calls himself a monk " Hmmm?" She stroked her chin deep in thought " Then come in" She eyed him before continuing" You must be tired and hungry from your traveling?"
" This monk doesn't know how to repay such kindness" He bowed his head with his hands formed to a fist above his chest' She bought it?'
" Take him in and take care of him" The girl instructed with a powerful voice which belongs to a grown up woman and left the gathering with two heavily built men behind her.
Everyone present all answered with a salute " Come with us"
He gladly followed them to wherever they were all leading him to. Soon, they reached a small village which looked almost empty not for the constant jamming of doors coming here and there, few houses they came across were dilapidated to a point the builder would be forced to say " This is the journey of no return....ah.... I'm so sorry."
and a signboard which has been eaten halfway by termites stood lonely and sad. Trying to decipher what was written on it when the ink has almost faded and half of it has been eaten would be the hardest task on earth; Not for him, Whose eyes are sharper than a bat. He could see the word ' Gate' written on it.
' Gate?'
" Sir, this where you will be staying"
They arrived in a little hut, a little dilapidated: No door and the roof looked like it will soon be blown off at any moment.
" O-Ok" He thanked them with a salute while politely sending them off before he entered his new abode.
Ounce he entered, he didn't know if to laugh or cry ' Fuck?'
No bed to sleep, rats were having parade in every corner of the hut, there is a large hole on the walls as if it was punctured by something....no hit by something, cobwebs decorating everywhere, everywhere was a mess to start with and the scary thing that almost made him run out in fear; four dried human skeletons sitting around each other in a corner and a small newly looking waist drum standing tall between them.
' Eh is this a hut or a mass graveyard?' He didn't know whether to laugh or cry
