"Wake up girl, we need to go to school", Mapendo tapped Katrina's forehead trying to wake her up.

"I am sorry I didn't great you yesterday. Was just so stressed and worn out", Katrina apologized taking a cupcake while talking to Mapendo's mother.

"We need to go, I don wanna be late. And hun stop overthinking. The exams are around the corner and you need to be strong. I am here for you. Alright, baby girl", Mapendo tried cheering Katrina. She really looked bored. Mapendo always hated seeing her this way cause Katrina was always the joyous one.
Upon arriving at school. They spotted Mason who was grinning at them from a distance.
" Hehehe your boy boy is here", Katrina whispered while Mason approached them.
After Katrina and Mason greeted each other she took a few strides ahead then waited for Mapendo.

During the session, Mapendo tried her best to contemplate. The bell rang and she started heading out.
Dylan the guy who always eyes Mapendo urged her to remain behind a little bit. Dylan is that cool guy, he's side buns are really impressive. His sexy smile and the way he looks at her makes her shy off. He's really amazing and so cute.
"Can I take you to the movies this Friday", he pleaded.

"He asked me out. He wants to take me to the movies on Friday", Mapendo informed her trying to portray the cool attitude.

"Cooldown it's not that, he's not marrying me or something. Stop exaggerating this", Mapendo said closing her locker.

"Goodbye girl. See you tomorrow", Mapendo headed to Max's car.
"Hi bestie hope didn't keep you waiting for long", Mapendo buckled her seat belt.

"Yes, I am fine thank you. Hope you remembered to drink your milk", Mapendo asked him laughing.

"Mmm..yeah alright Madam Mapendo at your service", Max said showing her respect like she is his queen.

"What do you think of Dylan btwn...?" Mapendo raised a question.
"What..... him I don't know so much about him. He is the type of guy who never tells product what's going on around him. He is a super mysterious type guy", Max answered her giving her that look of why did you ask the question.
"I think I kinda like him. Just wanted to know how he is", She avowed.

They were both residing on the same estate. Most of their free time at home, they were together. His family already knew they were best friends as well as hers too.
