The carriage rolled through a forest on a wide dirt path.
Out of the carriage's rooftop, came Gio. "Magic Art: Body Double."
He checked his surroundings, then flew away on a broomstick. He was headed back to Malemar.

Bell groaned. "How much longer is this gonna take? It would've been easier to fly."
Rhea glanced out the window. "I'm keeping an eye on you until further notice. Just sit tight for now."

It didn't take long for Gio to reach what was left of Malemar. He descended down to the totaled Shikari building. There was blood and dead bodies littering the ground.
"How gruesome this is. There is blood everywhere, there is."
Gio looked down. He was walking in pools of blood. "Just how many people died for there to be so much of it… so much."
He took in his surroundings. There wasn't even a calm breeze in the air to soothe his nerves.
"I sense life. But it's faint. Someone here is breathing here…"
